ESTIMATE--TOLD THEM MEMBER WAS DOING SOME OF THE WORK HERSELF. HE CALLED BACK THAT EVENING & SAID "THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME" & THAT HE' D HAVE TO TAKE ALTERNATE BUSINESS ACTIONS WITH PEOPLE LIKE HER (MEMBER HAS NEVER MET THIS MAN). IT WAS AWFUL.
