Tom Brown, a retired Dublin City School teacher, does the cleaning himself. He takes pride in doing the job right the first time. He only schedules one or two jobs a day so that he can take his time and do the job right. Total customer satisfaction is his goal. We clean many types of rugs at Tom Brown's Carpet Care. Most rugs can be cleaned at your house, but some must be cleaned off-site where numerous wet and dry cleanings can be done. We also clean furniture, hardwood floors, and tile and grout. Tom and his wife Jo were amazing! They were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived at our scheduled time and spent more time making sure everything was perfect. I have never had anybody care so much to do a job well. Loved them! My daughter spilled an all cherry/raspberry smoothie on her bedroom floor 2 days prior and they removed the stain :)

Mr. Brown arrived to my home on time. He cleaned the carpeting in two upstairs bedrooms, landing and a staircase. He did an extraordinary job. The carpet looks clean and renewed. He also deodorized the areas he cleaned. The carpeting smells great! I am a very happy customer.

This is our second time using Tom Brown's Carpet Care, and we could not be more pleased. Our child has severe allergies, so we were eager to remove the allergens from our carpets. Tom and his team made our not-at-all-new carpets (that take a routine beating from two children and three pets) look, feel, and smell good as new, and it's already bringing relief to our child. They were incredibly thorough cleaning our half-finished basement, family room, living room, four bedrooms, hallway, three sets of stairs, and area rug.

I think the man is part magician. He took his time and did a fabulous job - asking me to inspect prior to the bill. He even offered that he would come back at no charge after carpet was completely dry if some stain resurfaced. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had - superior value and service. We have already scheduled him to do my husbands offices. Thank you for your excellent referral and the awesome new Concierge Service. I didn't think you could get better - but you have.

Tom is extremely professional, and very pleasant to work with -- it's easy to schedule his services, his attention to detail is second to none, and he is very reasonably priced. We needed our carpets, some upholstery, and a portion of hardwood flooring prepared to put our home on the market. Tom made our carpets look better than when we'd even moved in, and he restored to great condition areas of upholstery that have seen some serious use by our small children. Tom also attended carefully to our parquet flooring, moving furniture out and back to get every inch just right. I would highly recommend Tom and his family-owned business to any of my friends and family!

Tom and his so arrived exactly on time. I had a "routine" doc visit and left expecting to return within the hour. I was hospitalized. Tom and his son worked diligently and di everything I had requested and left an invoice (Very reasonable charges) Tom is super professional and always does MORE than I expect. The chairs he cleaned were heavily soiled and now look BETTER than new. I would never consider another carpet/upholstery cleaner. Tom's the best!!!

Tom, Mark, and Nate were on-time and professional in apprearance and demeanor. They were very friendly and got right to work. Tom gave attention to the special fabric on the sofa - it looks terrific and the chairs do too. The carpets look great - you can't tell where the heavy traffic areas were. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely work with them again.

I have mostly hardwood and ceramic floors and it is very difficult to find someone who will come to the home to clean rugs. Tom did and the results were great. Not only that, but he helped my son and his college roommate remove a door so that they could move some furniture they were planning to take to school- above and beyond the call of duty!

I called Tom with an unusual request. We were traveling and needed the work done while my 87 YO mother-in-law was home alone in our home. I explained the situation and Tom offered a convenient appointment and said he would provide extra care with my mother-in-law. She reported Tom arrived promptly and provided explicit details about what he would do and pledged no inconvenience for her. The carpets look as good as new and the mother-in-law was delighted with the service. Tom's son helped on the job and he was very courteous.

I previously had Tom Brown's Carpet Care clean my carpets. I was so satisfied with how clean he got the carpets that I had him return to clean two sofas, which my two dogs love to lie on, and four upholstered dining room chairs. Again, he did a great job. The sofas and chairs look almost new! Mr. Brown was punctual, personable, and knowledgeable about carpet and upholstery cleaning. He did a very thorough job. A few days later he called me to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job that he had done. I was!

He was on time and very professional in his manner and dress. He performed the job efficiently and carefully. He made sure I was satisified before leaving. He later called to make sure I was still satisfied with his work,saying he would gladly return at no charge if I weren't. A few days later, he even sent me a thank you note for using his company.
