MR. FRIEDLANDER WAS INFORMATIVE, HELPFUL AND PATIENT WHILE WE TRIED A VARIETY OF BEDS. HE QUOTED DELIVERY OF 3 1/2 WEEKS, WHICH BECAME 5 WEEKS DUE TO PRODUCTION DELAYS AND WEATHER. DO NOT BUY THE OTHER FOAM MATTRESS UNTIL YOU TRY THIS BED. IF YOU HAVE ARTHRITIS, HIP OR BACK PAIN THIS IS THE BEST BED FOR THE PRICE. THE DELIVERY MEN WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE.
