Keith Koehler did a great job at our house a couple of times and was super efficient and got the job done really well. He is pleasant and gets to the point. He came over quick, gave a quote and got to work the next day. I'd recommend him.

what an unbelievably bad experience with these con artists. After ages of phone tag, keith finally came November 25th to give an estimate. According to the ad we had, they offer free estimates. We were charged $105 for the 20 minutes they were there, they tested the electricity going to our pressure switch and determined the well pump needed replaced. Fine, I'll pay, just want the problem fixed. Was given an appointment for 12/4 to do the work, as well as a quote. On 12/3 I texted asking for the time for our appointment (they will not answer or return phone calls, all communication via text, which turns out to be good since I have proof of every conversation when i make the report to the BBB). Keith replied that the holiday put them a day behind and rescheduled for 12/5 between 11-1. Keith no-call/no-showed on 12/5. We never heard from him again despite repeated attempts. We will now have to find another plumber and hope to have a better experience. Please find somebody else to call. I feel like Super Plumber conned me out of $105.

Very responsive and professional.

Sometime in August, our very old shower handle/knob basically fell apart in my hand, and we called Super Plumbers based on a few facebook reviews. Keith Koehler was responsive and professional throughout the scheduling and in discussing the first repair. The person who did the work (someone other than Keith) was OK. He did run out to a parts supplier not once but twice - I think he forgot something the first time or got the wrong thing. Mistakes happen. My problem is that a constant drip started from the shower head either immediately or a few days after the knob was repaired. I reached out to Keith four or five times throughout August-October. I was very busy working a new job and juggling small kids so we played phone and email tag and he did return my emails for awhile. He said he wanted to get it taken care of. We never did connect to schedule a repair of the drip, and in December I continued reaching out and he just stopped returning my calls and emails. I know for certain that one email and one phone call in December were both un-returned. Unfortunately, I had to start over with a new company and won't call Super Plumbers again.

It was all turned out well!  He was very nice, prompt, and honest about what work needed done.  He also didn't charge a service charge every time he came out. 

He responded immediately to my wife's call for a broken supply line. My wife did not know how to turn off the water and I work an hour away so we were getting a huge amount of water pouring out. He performed the work well. Our main problem came in responding to contacts afterword.. My wife accidently deleted the emailed copy of the invoice, which we need to get reimbursed by our insurance company. Despite several email and voicemail requests to resend the invoice we have had no response. His lack of response is costing us $145 because we cannot be reimbursed without the invoice copy.
