They did not charge me because they did not undertake the work. My plan was if they gave me a proposal of doing it and a price I would like to retain them if it was out of line. Three or four calls later they seemed very busy and did not want the job I was very disappointed with them.

I have no dislikes and like everything about them. They are local and are not too far from where I live so that is a plus. They were punctual and actually were waiting for me to get home. This company did what I asked them to my satisfaction. So far I have only used them once.

We have used Suburban for years.  As usual they called to schedule the service, arrived promptly, were thorough and professional at both homes.  They are always patient to answer any questions and take care of problems.  Shortly after we had the system turned on, my husband hit one of the sprinkler heads with the mower.  Suburban quickly came out to replace it before the sale of our home was finalized.  We will continue to use Suburban to maintain the system in our new home.

I have worked with Suburban Irrigation for over a dozen years. Each year I purchase a maintenance contract (half of which is included in the approximate cost above. They do consistently good work. They are one of three organizations with which I work that have always responded to my calls, come promptly whjen needed, done professional work with no fear of padding the cost, and seem to care about both their work and their customers. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

We never worry about our system.  Suburban Irrigation is very thorough in their work.  We have had them service the system for 8 years and have never had a problem with any of their work.

They were on time and did a great job.  We have used them for over 21 years.  We have had them install and service sprinkler systems in two homes and never have had a complaint.

Yes, I did use them.  I've used them once and it was in the fall I think for my sprinklers.  I had a coupon so it was very good price/reasonable.  Their regular price is expensive.  In going for I'm not gonna use them because they are expensive but the coupon just help me out definitely.  It was good!!   They did exactly what they needed to do.  They showed up on time.  It was exactly as advertised.  After you no longer a new customer I think their prices are higher than other that have gotten “A” on Angie’s List.

They were excellent. What people can expect is professionalism and quality. It's a great company to work with. I have already hired them for this year.

Craig is the real deal. As a loyal Angie's List member, I actively scour the site reading reviews. Craig's company came to me via a neighbor who was putting in his sprinkler system and was referred to Craig through friends. I decided to look him up on Angie's List and sure enough the reviews looked really good. I went with him site unseen, and trusted in my neighbor and angie's list that he would be the right guy for the job.

Turns out, it was a GREAT decision! Craig shows up on time, takes PRIDE IN HIS WORK, and is just a great owner to deal with. I could not be happier with my sprinkler system, and any time I have had to call with a random question he is quick to answer. I would easily recommend him and his company to anyone I know looking for a sprinkler installation.

Craig even came back after the job was completed to change out a sprinkler head to one with less gallons per minute so that part of my yard was being over watered.

I used Suburban Irrigation for the installation of my lawn irrigation system back in 2010.  They did a great job and Bob and Craig were great to work with.  I use them for any of my irrigation system needs and annual maintenance.  They do great work and are always responsive to my needs.  I like their work so much that I have referred them to my family and friends.   

They are very responsive and good to work with. They are great and I would use them in the future in fact they would be coming today.

They have a positive attitude and are very friendly. The supervisor was very knowledgeable about explaining how the system will work and about the twice a year maintenance required.

The cost was reasonable and their work was good. I was very happy with them.

We got estimates from two companies for the job.  Suburban Irrigation had the best price for the job.  The work took a few days to complete.  We had already taken up the front yard with a sod cutter when we scheduled the work.  Our new grass came in beautifully with the irrigation system.  It was so nice during the summer to not have to worry about going outside to move the sprinkler around to water the grass.  They even set up the sprinkler heads to reach into the flower beds too. It was the best $2000.00 investment we've ever made.

The service was fine. We have an older control box (15-20 yrs) and it took a bit to figure it out (used the book), but the tech tested every head to make sure they work. There was one bad sprinkler and it was changed out. The company has been servicing our sprinker system for the 5 years we've lived in this home and has done a good job. In addition to spring and fall services, they've replaced sprinker heads and valves.
