+ -1 moreWe did not pay for their services because we were the buyers of the property but were taken away by the how professional and complete their services were. My wife and I had zero expectations going into closing. First of all, their location and office is very nicely put together. Cleanly furnished and decorated to alleviate stress and get the process moving. All the paper work was prepared completely and we were guided through the process effortlessly. Very nice touches such as pictures of the house we were buying on the wall and wine to celebrate afterwards were provided. If we decide to sell this house one day we will definitely return for their services.
