I am very impressed with Purcell hauling. Doug responded promptly to my request and on the day of pick-up he kept me posted on timing and when they would arrive. The man who came to my house, Ray, was prompt and pleasant. I will definitely use Purcell hauling again.

Purcell was very responsive friendly, professional and punctual. Price was reasonable. Everything went as planned. Company accommodated all of my needs. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I bought a house that came with an old, non functional hot tub. However, the hot tub was in a tricky place, with the house on two sides, a deck on another side, and a small tree on the fourth side. So, to get the hot tub out, I was either going to have to cut down a tree, take apart the deck, or cut the hot tub into pieces in situ.
I contacted Pucell Hauling to get a quote to remove the hot tub. Doug Purcell came out the next day to look at the situation and give me a quote. I agreed to the price, and he showed up the next afternoon and removed the hot tub.
Working with Doug Purcell was great:

1. - He called when he said he would call. 
2. - He showed up when he said he would show up.
3. - He did what he said he would do.
4. - He charged a fair price.
5. - And, he was a friendly guy.

I would certainly call him again if I had some difficult-to-remove trash.

I had contacted Doug via email and he replied back.  When we spoke, he said he may be able to come out as early as that day--and he did!!!!  Although I had told him most of what needed to vanish, he actually inquired about some other debris and added it to the collection.  This included some old fence posts that had been dug up with all their concrete still attached!  Doug tried to charge me LESS than he should have based on what he quoted me, but I knew they had done more than I asked.  He was going to charge me $175 because said he didn't want to charge me more than he had quoted me, but I said he really hadn't:  He said it wouldn't be more than $200, but as I said, many more large items (a door, for example) had hopped in the truck than we originally discussed.  Really.  How often do you find people in this world who want to undercharge you????  A huge, tremendous help!!!!  Thanks, guys!!!!!

I had a large treadmill in the upstairs of my house.  It's an old house and the steps are are very steep.  They made it an easy task and were in and out in about 15 minutes.  They also removed some old dog cages, bookcase, about 300 books and other items.

Everything went well once he got here. We had a couple of missed appointments, but Doug called in advance to let me know he was tied up and would not make the appointments . He did not let me sit around waiting for him which I appreciated. When he made out he called to tell me he was on the way. He showed up and worked quickly and carefully as he had to maneuver between some pine trees to get to everything. He charged me exactly what he told me he thought it would cost based on my phone description of the amount of work. He hauled away a full dump trunk and even spread out some of the good top soil in places that needed it. I would definitely recommend Purcell hauling.

I had purchased a Big Deal then upgraded to a 10cu. yd. Trailer when I saw how large my pile was becoming. He was very flexible with working with my schedule. They did a great job placing the trailer in my driveway. It was a great experience. They dropped off the trailer and picked it up right on time as promised. 
I would call them again. 

The service provider had to reschedule twice but things went well. They may have been a little overloaded after offering a Big Deal. They did a good job, were very friendly and gave us a reasonable price when we went over the capacity of the Big Deal.

There was no additional charge apart from what the big deal amount was.  They just came out hauled it away and that was what I paid.  I would recommend them.  They were good, they were efficient, and they came out when they said they were going to come out and took the trash.  I was happy with the price.  They were on time and they were professional.

They were on time, removed all the items, didn't need any help, and I felt like it fit the description of what I was purchasing. I was pleased that it was removed. They were quick and friendly. They quickly got back to me when I called after placing the big deal order. They were flexible on when to do it. He planned it on his day off but got it done anyway.

I found Purcell Hauling through an Angie's List coupon for $99.  I then added-on to the coupon to get a larger dumpster.  It was a great deal and very easy to use.  The owner dropped off the dumpster and left it in the driveway for our use for over a week.  We were able to empty out 10 years of junk and clutter in our basement and garage.  I would highly recommend using this company.  The owner was very accommodating and it was an easy way to declutter our home.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for Purcell's Hauling and phoned him to schedule a pickup.  We scheduled for the following week because of my schedule. On the date scheduled he called to give me an approximate time he would be here.  Unfortunately he had to call again to make it later due to a problem with his trailer but promised he would still come.  When the trailer was fixed, he phoned again to assure me that he was on his way.  When he arrived he had someone with him and they removed all of the items that I had.  They were extremely nice.  I have to say I was so pleased with the communication I had with him.  He was so courteous and thoughtful to keep me apprised of when he was coming.  He was concerned that I might need to leave the house and he didn't want to interrupt my schedule.  So refreshing to have someone take that extra step.  I would definitely hire him again.  I would recommend to anyone hiring his service to make sure that you have everything outside like in a garage.  These guys haul everything from garden waste to you have it.  I like a dummy didn't think of that and had most of the stuff in my front hallway.  They repeatedly wiped their feet and kept apologizing for being so dirty but I don't blame them.  I'm sure my floor needed a good washing anyway.  Purcell's was a very nice company to work with.

This is an excellent service. He delivers as promised and a bit more. Very professional, friendly and eager to help.
