Needed new power source for my desktop. Appreciated not being charged for a 'diagnostic' ( a rarity in this business). Computer was fixed and ready for pickup next day. Charge was fair and way below Geek Squad. Will use again. A+

Hard drive

Ryan was great. He set up my new computer and showed me all the new changes. Luckily, he was able to save some of my old stuff too. I am so glad that I found PSee Solutions! I will always use them from now on.

Excellent support! I was told by another local vendor that I had lost/could not recover my documents and files with no back up--shame on me. But, as a second opinion, I went to PSee and met Ty Hoge at the Powell location. He patiently worked with my computer/hard drive and recovered every item and transferred all the docs and files to my second/newer computer. Plus installed M office and provided a back up system. Wow, I was grateful and very much impressed with the professional service, support and punctuality. I definitely recommend for all computer related concerns.
