Brad has been awesome to work with. Very professional and responsive. He gets back to me right away when I contact him with questions (and I have a lot). I was very hesitant to go with them initially because I saw bad reviews from a couple years ago- I shared my concerns and was told that they did an over-haul of the company. I’m so HAPPY I went with them- they have gone above and beyond. I’m new to having a house/lawn so they have offered great advice through this process. Choose them- you won’t regret it!

They do more of commercial installation than residential, i believe, and
treat a residential customer like me as if I annoy them.

I know this is well after the fact, but it still burns me up when I think about it, so here it is. We had to hold up having our lawn seeded, waiting 6+ weeks for Polaris to finally get to us to install the irrigation system. The system didn't cover all the areas it should. They came back and evaluated the system, said they would add heads, and never did. You always get voice mail, wait days to get a call back. Their winterizations/startups are more expensive than others (I called today and they are $55 MORE to winterize than Rain One and $81MORE than Donovan). They are part of Blendon Gardens Landscaping, and just didn't seem too interested in this aspect of the business.

It was terrible and the sales person Ryan tried to over charge me $1000.00 and very unprofessional, and the work was good but they cut my phone line and did not want to replace it. The service was good but the sales guy was a hassle.
