Dave is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable, very honest and open about items that need done, and very quick to respond whenever I have a question, we will be using Dave for several items around our new 1950s home in the future.

They have been great. He solved the problem we had getting the water to the third floor. It turned out to be more of a structural issue than a plumbing issue. We were having problems with flooding in our basement and he installed sub-pumps and a new floor. He is almost a fixture around here. He is smart and knows a fair amount about everything. He helped me build a stand for my new television and get it set up. This is a very large and old house. He is responsive. He is a jack-of-all-trades and he is very professional.

Dave was recommended to me by a former contractor who moved out of the state recently. He was friendly, very prompt in both arriving and answering/returning calls. His work is very professional, precise and thorough. The upgrades to my bathroom make it look like a complete remodel. Even when a supplier provided an incorrect faucet, Dave made it right within a few days. The door he installed in our basement is probably the nicest door we have in our entire house. It opens and closes easily with no noise. Dave took care of the entire process from ordering the door to framing and installation. I would hire Dave again without hesitation.

He is extremely resourceful, very analytical and a skilled craftsman.

Our home was burglarized. The thief broke through a dead bolted metal clad exterior door to gain entry. The door was impossible to close or latch. We called David. He came immediately. He assessed the situation and purchased a new door and needed supplies. He worked all the rest of that day and late into the night in temperatures in the teens to replace the door so that we could close and lock it. He had to remove the exterior siding on that wall of the house in order to install the door properly. The door frame was also crooked requiring more work on his part. He returned the next day to finish his work. We were very impressed with his coming so promptly (20 minutes) and his willingness to work in frigid temperatures and late into the night to help us out. He did absolutely quality work, was clean in his work habits and made every effort to be pleasant and helpful. He also submitted a very detailed invoice for our insurance company.

David and his his crew did a tremendous job. He reroofed our home without killing the plants below or letting rain in and he did the work for 35% less than other companies. He also did our windows and the kitchen remodeling work for our 6000 sq. ft. kitchen. The kitchen was completely gutted and he took out the walls so we gained an extra 24 inches of space. He also redid a bathroom for us, tiled the bathroom floor & shower. The bathroom floor was maybe around 10 x 10 or close to that. David has been tremendously responsible in every way and he's really good at restoring old houses. His prices are totally fair & if says he'll do something, he does it. David is also someone who keeps an eye on things that need to be done for us around our house, has done a lot of work for us over the years and really has gotten to know our home. He's not real fussy about the size of a project and he's just great. Anyone who doesn't want to use him is crazy! We will absolutely use him again.

He showed up on time, stayed until the work was done, and the paneling and woodwork look great. He was getting ready to leave town and didn't want to leave us with a half-finished room, so he stayed almost 17 hours to get the job finished before he left town. Now that's dedication!

HE IS JUST SUPER, HIS PRICING IS ALWAYS FAIR AND RELIABLE. WE HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM.

I AM HIRING HIM AGAIN TO DO SOME WORK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.

WE AGREED ON THE DIMENSIONS AND HE SAID HE WOULD PROVIDE A PRODUCT READY FOR ME TO PAINT. I THOUGHT EVERYONE WAS PROBABLY A LITTLE SENSITIVE REGARDING THE AMOUNT DAVID TALKS, HOWEVER, HE IS SOMEWHAT OVERBEARING. THIS BEING SAID I NEVER FOUND HIM INAPPROPRIATE. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, BUT IT TOOK HIM THREE DAYS LONGER THAN HE SAID IT WOULD. THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

HAVE USED DAVID REARICK IN THE PAST FOR A DOOR JAMB WHICH NEEDED REATTACHED. HE CAME IN A SHORT TIME FRAME AND REANCHORED THE DOOR FRAME. TODAY, ON SHORT NOTICE AGAIN HE CAME OVER TO REMOVE A BASEBOARD. THANK YOU, DAVE!

DAVID WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, HONEST AND HARD-WORKING. HE SEEMS TO GENUINELY ENJOY CARPENTRY, AND HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH OLDER HOMES.

DAVE RETURNED MY INITIAL MESSAGE IMMEDIATELY. HE DID RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, AND ARRIVED LATE TO PERFORM THE WORK, BUT DID APOLOGIZE. HE WORKED QUICKLY AND DID A QUALITY JOB. HIS PRICE WAS LESS THAN WHAT I HAD EXPECTED TO PAY. HE ALSO DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING UP AFTER HIMSELF. I WAS SO HAPPY I ASKED HIM TO DO ANOTHER SMALL JOB. ALTHOUGH HE COULDN'T STAY THAT DAY, HE CAME BACK THE NEXT MORNING AND ACCOMMODATED MY REQUEST. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

DAVE IS A LITTLE ROUGH AROUND THE EDGES BUT DID GOOD WORK AT A GREAT PRICE. HE WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND VERY RESPONSIVE.

I AM HAVING THE SAME COMPANY BID ON ANOTHER JOB.

MADE THE PROJECT LOOK EVEN BETTER THEN IT DID BEFORE

DAVE, THE OWNER, PERFORMED ALL THE WORK. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WOOD & WHAT WAS NEEDED. HIS WORK IS HIGH-END WOOD FINISHING, A SKILL VERY HARD TO FIND. ALTHOUGH NOT CHEAP IT WAS WELL WORTH IT. I AM CONFIDENT WE WILL HAVE HIM BACK.
