The first cleaning was a top to bottom cleaning that was witnessed and thought to be okay. I was given a date and time for biweekly cleanings. I allowed 3 additional cleanings before ending the service and each day it was time for the cleaning I received a call that they would be coming at a different time due to adding additional home to the day and this was very inconvenient. I noticed the cleaning was not good at all. The glass tops on the tables were not cleaned until I left a note asking they be cleaned and then they were left a streaky mess. The 3rd and last visit I came home and found that they had not cleaned the basement at all. I called Mary Coker and she said that I agreed to only cleaning one floor per visit and I assured her that I have her email and that is not the case. I have since forwarded her email that clearly states all of the above listed areas are cleaned on a biweekly basis. I also pointed out to her that I came home the 2nd visit and they were cleaning the upstairs so by her thinking the 3rd visit should have been the basement and obviously was not. There is no professionalism with this company. There is no accepting responsibility and demanding the staff do a good job. Mary Coker was defensive and try as she might to blame this on me she cannot. She runs a totally unprofessional company. I ended their services after the 3rd visit.

"I am very sorry Mrs. [Member Name Removed] had a bad experience with New Image Cleaning, and especially with me. I pride myself on 100% customer satisfaction and am embarrassed she felt I was defensive. I tried to explain there was a miscommunication on my part. Unfortunately I had used an incorrect email address for Mrs. [Member Name Removed] and did not realize she was not receiving my correspondence. The original price I quoted was too high for the client so I suggested to stay within her budget we clean her main level on each visit and rotate the upstairs and lower level on every other clean. I did assume she was on board with this. When Mrs. [Member Name Removed] called to ask why the lower level was not cleaned I explained it was the upstairs rotation day. It was during this conversation I realized my emails were not reaching her. I immediately apologized when I realized this and told her we would clean her entire home on all future visits but the price would increase. She ended service then. The ladies that work for New Image and provide the cleaning service are top notch, dependable and hard-working. If ever they receive negative feedback they are 100% on correcting the issue and making sure their clients are 100% satisfied. I have used this service for several years. I noticed one of my older Coach handbags go missing last year but let it go thinking I had misplaced it. This week I noticed another one missing. This recent one was a newer bag I kept in a specific place. I haven't touched it since last summer. Now I think some of my necklaces I haven't been able to find went the same route.
I immediately cancelled the service. I cannot prove it and expect no restitution. I just want others to know not to trust these folks in your house.

I had used New Image for about 8 years. I started to notice things disappearing from my home the last couple of months. Judy and Crystal had been coming regularly for years and were the only ones who had a key to my home. I had some sheets that were still in their originally package, a rug shampoo machine that was in the original box and some toiletries disappeared as well. When I started with New Image, Tonya advised that she was bonded and insured and that's why I went with her.
Once I contacted Tonya about my missing items, she said that I needed to prove that her crews took the items before they would submit the claim to insurance. I asked how I could prove it and they suggested a police report. I filed the report and they said it might not be able to prove how the items were taken or the dates. Tonya advised that it could have been a substitute that came when Judy and Crystal were out but I had discussed several times that I didn't want substitutes but they sent them anyways. Since I didn't notice the items missing the day it happened, they had no way of knowing who was at my home that day. It just didn't seem reasonable to me that if they had insurance it should have been covered. My homeowners wouldn't cover it because it was under my deductible so those items were a complete loss. This made me drop New Image Cleaning Services and go with another provider.

Before yesterday, I would have given a higher score. This company has cleaned for me for multiple months. The crew leader who I was very satified with quit so another crew was assigned. The first clean was good. It appears that yesterday they only dusted the house, did not clean floors, clean water rings from counters, or appear to have cleaned the shower floors. The office manager offered to send the same crew back tomorrow to complete the work, but since they felt that it was the cleaning product's fault, I elected to not have them come back. Another crew was not offered.

I am a long time customer of New Image Cleaners. This service has dramatically changes the quality of life for my family! Time I used to spend cleaning is now spent with my husband and child. One thing I think that it is important to understand is that they do normal, weekly cleaning. If you want someone to do heavy duty, spring cleaning, they can do this, but it will cost extra. As far as standard weekly cleanings, they do a great job.
We have 2 dogs, and I was very concerned that this would be a problem. In all the years, they have never had issues with my dogs or my dogs with them. I have accidentally left valuables out in the open on cleaning day and nothing has ever gone missing. I have complete trust and confidence in the ladies who come into my house when I'm not around.
I'm planning to call and add rooms to my service very soon.

I wouldn’t recommend them. Their cleaning was disssaponiting. My husband was not pleased with their work. So we cancelled them. I wouldn’t use them again in the future.

original appointment for 2:30 but they called me at 12:30 that day to ask if they could come at 3:30 or 4:00. They came at 4:20 and though the 2 ladies seemed to work quickly and do a good job, they were too busy texting for my taste. The windows look nice but we did have a window sill that had bird seed in it and they didn't clean it. I simply grabbed the vacuum and cleaned it myself - it would have been nice to see a bit of initiative on this. Also, one of the windows didn't tilt in correctly and I had to ask that the person go outside to clean it. Again, just a lack of initative or common sense.

I got 3 quotes and they had the lowest price. I feel this company is very professional and customer service oriented. I do feel they try to cram a lot of cleaning into a small window for 2 people and I feel they do an excellent job on all areas of my home except on the floors. I have addressed this concern and they were great working through my comments! I will continue to use this company and would recommend them to others

Tonya was our contact person. She is very service oriented and has been very responsive to the requests that I have made, however I really don't think it's possible to do everything they promise every cleaning. There have been a few bumps along the way, but Tonya has addressed all issues that I have brought to her attention. I was really puzzled when I went to wash the dirty bedding and couldn't find the mattress sheet - it was still on the bed with the clean sheet over it! The workers (Lisa and Amanda) have been very patient about working around some of the clutter on tables and straightening things into neat little piles. I think sometimes they are in a bit of a hurry and don't really look at things before they leave (rug left laying on the back of the couch instead of by the door where they leave.) I love to come home to a freshly dusted and vacuumed house! Overall I would have to say that it's been a positive experience that I hope will continue.

I have used this company since 1999. They are extraordinarily accommodating. I can pick any date that I want to have them come out. I am very pleased with them otherwise I would not have kept them for this long. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

Excellent job. The women who come are always friendly, clean, polite, and very energetic. Even though different women may come, their service is consistent. The house is cleaned well, all rooms are sparkling when they leave. I like the way they find things under and behind couches and beds and place them on the nearest table. It shows that they have really cleaned under, and behind everything. Kitchen and bathrooms are done very well. Tonya is top-notch with customer service. She is always willing to accommodate last minute cleanings. She is a joy to call.
