AT LITTLE SLOW IN GETTING STARTED BUT ONCE THEY STARTED THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND THE PAINTING LOOKS VERY PROFESSIONAL. OVERALL, WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

I liked their flexibility and to allow us to customize the colors.

Jack and his team did an amazing job painting the interior of our new home. The outcome was better than we anticipated. In fact, the team stayed late each night in order to complete the job in just a couple of days in order to help us out with the move in schedule. When I mentioned it to Jack on the first day, his response was "No problem" and he made it happen. The team he brought into our home was professional and respectful of both the house and our family. We even bought his team lunch one day because we were so impressed with their effort. We solicited estimates from 8 different painters for this job and selected Jack based upon his reasonable price and commitment to our satisfaction. You could do what we did, or just call Jack.

I recently purchased a home that needed every room painted. Midwest Painting of Powell came highly recommended from a trusted friend, so I contacted the owner, Jack, to get some preliminary information. I was given a ballpark estimate, and then Jack came out the day I closed on the house to do a formal estimate. We set up an appointment with a color consultant, who helped me pick the colors that Midwest would paint my house. Once we had the colors picked out, Midwest's crew started right away. They showed up promptly each day, ready to work. Jack estimated the job would take 4 days and, just as expected, that's how long it took. While painting an occupied house can get messy, the crew took care to keep everything as neat as possible and took care of my furniture and other belongings. The quality of their work is excellent, I had a hard time finding any issues with their work. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work that was done, and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Initial visit with the owner was very good. I felt price was reasonable and thought this would be a seamless process from speaking with him. He seemed easy to work with. Jack said he would give me a call day prior to work. The workers showed up without notice. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to receive the call as it was stated in the beginning.

They completed the work, but missed a few things.

First, when I spoke to Jack stated they would caulk around all windows. There are still small gaps between the edges of the windows and the trim. Especially the 2nd story windows.

Second, There is some paint smeared and flaked on my windows. They didn't do a good job of clean up there.

Third, the trim on the side of my garage needs a second coat.

I left three voicemails for Jack and have also spoken to him twice since I have paid them. He said three times they would be there the 'next day' and still nothing. My last vm was not returned.
