I just moved to Powell, OH one year ago and hired Metro Comfort Systems Inc., located in Powell, to replace my furnace and air conditioner units, and I could not be happier with my experience. Their service was excellent and price was very competitive. Gary, Jim and Tom were great to work with. I would highly recommend Metro to anyone who is thinking about installing and HVAC System. Jeff

They are excellent, honest and does a good job for me, they have been working with me for over 30 years. They're very easy to work with and they come when you need them.

We have used Metro in the past and definitely will again. They were able to quickly replace our Air Conditioner during a very HOT week here in Columbus (two days after estimate given) and their price was extremely reasonable. They want to help you, work with you, and they don’t try to sell you more than you need, but they can give you options if you’re looking for them. Even got a quick quote for future duct work. Highly recommend them!!

My furnace went out during the winter and I contacted Metro Comfort Systems. They sent a service person out very quickly. They were able to get my furnace up and running again, but due to the age of the system, it continued to go out. Every time my furnace stopped working over the next few days, they returned to fix it quickly. Eventually we decided it would be best to replace my 20 year old furnace. They made me a great deal on a new furnace and had it installed the next day. I will definitely continue to use Metro Comfort Systems for all of my heating and air-conditioning needs which arise in the future. They are very attentive to their customers' needs and always respond quickly.

Great job. On time. Called ahead. Did a fantastic job. Very personable.

It was wonderful! They are a great company to begin with. Jim is very kind and professional and just an all around great person to come out to your house and have the job done right. I would definitely recommend them!

Scheduling an appointment was simple. The technician called when he was on his way and did arrived on schedule. Jim was very professional and provided excellent service. At the end, he took the time to explain it all to me in plain English. We will continue to use them for our home service needs.

Quick, professional, reasonable. I have them doing work for multiple properties and they will come out whenever needed.

They did a quality job.

One person came out to complete the service. It took 45 minutes. He was professional. He left the area clean.

I use them twice a year. They're due right now, they'll be here to check the furnace probably in the next 30 days. I have a contract with them. They come out twice a year, spring and fall. I've had them for about five or six years now. They've responded, if I needed anyone they've come when called. I like the way their contracts are written. They followed up on all the contractual agreements.

We have a service contract with Metro. I purchased it at the beginning of the year. My home and furnace are almost 20 years old. We felt like the heat was not working well one evening and went to bed knowing that on one of the coldest nights of the year, our heat was not working well. The next morning it was in the low 50s in our house; it was really cold. My husband called Metro and they were quite responsive with a man out by 9:30 or so to assess the situation. He let us know we would need a new furnace and gave us the price. He was not sure if they could get it done that day as their were other people in front of us that also needed new furnaces. They were able to get it done, though!!! I had heat flowing by 4:30 that day!! Excellent work and responsiveness. I definitely recommend and will use this company again and again!!

We did put in a new furnace last year and for heating and air I used Metro Comfort Systems. Overall the job was excellent. Actually I have been using those guys for several years to service my old furnace so I got them put in the new one in. I keep going back to them because as a repeat customer I usually get fairly quick service. In a lot of these places, if you are not on their client list or whatever you have to wait for somebody to come out. Especially with the old one, they were real good about coming out quickly when I had a problem. Hopefully I won't be having them do that now. That was the main thing that drove me back to them as a repeat customer. I didn't really do a lot of looking around for the price but they seemed very comparable to what other people that I talked to priced out the stuff. The responsiveness was definitely an 'A'. They showed up on time as well.

I have used them since 1989.  We used them when we built out house and I have used them since.  They are excellent. I used them last in the beginning of October.  I have a contract with them.

After their visit, I discovered that the work they did was compeltely unnecessary. They replaced several high price parts, when a much simpler and cheaper fix could have done the job. They inflate their costs and try to get you to do additional work. They will flat out lie to you.

The technicians from Metro Comfort Systems were very accommodating to my family's medical needs in getting and installing an air conditioner as quick as possible.
