THE WORK THAT MR. LEE DID WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I HAVE HAD TWO OTHER COMPANIES DO CONSULTATIONS AND THEY BOTH AGREED THE JOB WAS HORRENDOUS. HE NOW WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AND WILL NOT RETURN MY MESSAGES. HE ALSO DAMAGED MY FLOORS WHILE DOING THE WORK. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN ALL THIS WORK. HE HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL WHEN FINDING OUT THAT I WAS CALLING HIM. THE FINAL BILL HE GAVE ME WAS VERY VAGUE AND I BELIEVE I WAS OVERCHARGED IMMENSELY. HE EVEN LISTED MATERIALS BOUGHT THAT HE DID NOT EVEN USE OR HAVE. I HAVE PICTURES THAT ARE TAKEN OF THE WORK AND HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON EVERYTHING HE HAS TRIED TO PUT ON ME.

"I was up front with the member and told her that refinishing her pine steps would not achieve the exact color of her existing flooring. She wanted to procced. Many man-hours were spent on this job. She continually changed her mind, and the work on the stairs was done twice. There was "minor" damage done to her floor that I told her I would repair. I did not finish all the trim work, since she changed her mind again. I have returned all her phone calls. I offered her a partial refund for the unfinished work. Chance Lee, Lee Construction"
