 + -1 moreTHE WORK THAT MR. LEE DID WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I HAVE HAD TWO OTHER COMPANIES DO CONSULTATIONS AND THEY BOTH AGREED THE JOB WAS HORRENDOUS. HE NOW WILL NOT RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS AND WILL NOT RETURN MY MESSAGES. HE ALSO DAMAGED MY FLOORS WHILE DOING THE WORK. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN ALL THIS WORK. HE HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL WHEN FINDING OUT THAT I WAS CALLING HIM. THE FINAL BILL HE GAVE ME WAS VERY VAGUE AND I BELIEVE I WAS OVERCHARGED IMMENSELY. HE EVEN LISTED MATERIALS BOUGHT THAT HE DID NOT EVEN USE OR HAVE. I HAVE PICTURES THAT ARE TAKEN OF THE WORK AND HAVE DOCUMENTATION ON EVERYTHING HE HAS TRIED TO PUT ON ME.
Description of Work: HIRED TO DO REFURBISH ALL MY HARDWOOD STEPS AND MATCH IT UP TO THE LIVING ROOM HARD WOOD FLOORS.
