HE INSTALLED THE DOOR AND NEVER RETURNED TO FULFILL THE CONTRACT FOR THE PORCH. HE IGNORED ALL SUBSEQUENT PHONE CALLS. HE KNEW UP FRONT, THAT MONEY FOR PROJECT WAS BEING WITHDRAWN FROM FUNDS TO WHICH A REDEPOSIT COULD NOT BE MADE. I HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR ANYONE WHO WOULD BE THAT INCONSIDERATE. INITIALLY HE TOLD ME HE WAS WAITING ON THE CITY FOR PLAN APPROVAL. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS HE NEVER SUBMITTED PLANS. HE IS OUTRIGHT DISHONEST! THE WORK HE DID ON THE SLIDING DOOR WAS MEDIOCRE. I HAD TO FILL IN BUBBLE DRYWALL PATCH AND FILL NAIL HOLES IN ADDITION TO REMIND HIM OF THE DETAILS OF THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED. HE CAME RECOMMENDED BY WORD OF MOUTH. DON T GET FOOLED. WHEN ASKED TO PRODUCE DOCUMENTATION FOR REFERRALS, INSURANCE AND LICENSING, HE NEVER PRODUCED IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I LATER SAW HIM IN A STORE AND HE RAN AND HID.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS TO INSTALL A PATIO DOOR AND BUILD A CUSTOM SCREEN PORCH PER SIGNED CONTRACT.
