 + -1 moreHE WAS NOT PUNCTUAL. HE WAS TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM ME FOR A DEBT HE HAD WITH A CONDO ASSOCIATION. HE WAS NOT TRUTHFUL IN HIS DEALINGS WITH ME. HE WAS OVERCHARGING. HE TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN HOURS TIME TO HANG A PICTURE. HIS PROFESSIONALISM WENT DOWN THE DRAIN. AS TIME WENT ON, THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WENT DOWN ALSO. ONE TIME HE SHOWED UP WITHOUT TOOLS AND WAS ROOTING THROUGH MY THINGS TO SEE IF I HAD TOOLS TO USE. HE WAS UNPREPARED AND UNORGANIZED. HE BROKE A PICTURE FRAME BY USING THE WRONG EQUIPMENT. IT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER. HE IS STILL TRYING TO BILL ME FOR THE RESIDUAL AMOUNT. I SENT HIM WHAT I FELT WAS FAIR TO SETTLE THE BILL.
