They were very friendly. They removed the old and had to make adjustments for the new one because it wasn't the same size. They did everything at no extra charge.

The linoleum looks great! 
The sales people were knowledgable and pretty helpful when we picked out the linoleum. The installers were very good. They were punctual and professional. It was a big job and they worked on Sunday to finish.

They are very busy in this department of H.D., but Ellen was patient, and gave me the attention I needed to choose what I needed.
She placed my order, and the items were delivered to my garage.  I hired a contractor to install vanity and cabinet.  They set up the countertop installation later.

The gentleman that came was very knowledgeable. Their price was a little bit higher than what we paid for it.

I would caution with the exception of one guy, most of them did not have the knowledge of the tax credit. This is a great place to order from if you are knowledgeable about what your need is and what is available.

Chose not to do business wit this vendor.

They did an excellent job. They were right on time and had people out here measuring. They followed up with us and called ahead of time. They even got the door in in a shorter amount of time then they said they would. They cleaned up well after themselves, they were really great. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

My experience with them was fantastic. One person came out and installed 3 doors in a day and the doors were nice. They did an excellent job and I did not have any problems.

An associate cut down some Closet Maid, closet shelving for us, to the length we needed. Multiple lengths were required. The associate was really knowledgeable and helpful. We also purchased several brackets and hangers. The shelving has been installed and looks great.

My basement flooded after a sump pump failure. I purchased cleaning supplies and gallons of waterproof paint to clean and restore it. I also purchased some storage shelves that were damaged.

They did an excellent job in helping us select the proper doors, plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures for our house. They are very helpful even for a woman shopping there.

The gentlemen they sent was very polite. He explained what he was doing and what all the paperwork meant. He was very professional about being in my home and garage. He was very trustworthy. They also did a maintenance check on my garage door to make sure it was working right. They walked me through how everything worked before they left.

Adam was extremely helpful in explaining my options. He helped me figured out how much materials I needed and helped me gather them. This was a MAJOR help as I was clueless about everything. His help in figuring shower tile (and options in tile border/caps) and shower mechanisms was invaluable. He also showed me an option in shower doors that I didn't know was available. The shower door unit had shelves AND it was on clearance! Boy, that really made a difference in a small shower in storing shampoo, soap, etc. Because of his knowledge, help & patience, I bought my materials at Home Depot. An extra bonus was that they could keep the shower door for a week until the contractor could come and get it.

While the salesman was a pleasure to deal with the people at the service counter were rude, inconsiderate and straight out lied about when the fans would be installed and what the cost would be. From here on we will do our home improvement business elsewhere.

SUBCONTRACTOR WAS THROUGH ALL COVERED CARPET. PEOPLE AT HOME DEPOT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN.

GOOD EXPERIENCE, DID GOOD WORK, EXPLAINED DOOR FEATURES WELL. PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY ALSO TOOK AWAY THE OLD DOOR, WHICH WAS HELPFUL.

THEY QUOTED DIFFERENT PRICES AND ONE TIME IT WAS 3 TIMES THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. I HAD TO STAY ON THEM TO GET ANY TYPE OF FOLLOW UP. I PAID $30 FOR THE MEASUREMENTS AND THEY WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME WITH THEM. FINALLY AFTER THREE WEEKS AND NINE DAYS IN A ROW OF CALLING, I WAS THROUGH. JUST POOR COMMUNICATION. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE FOR DOORS.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL WHEN I HAD CHOSE A GARAGE DOOR. THEY CAME OUT AND SUGGESTED ONE THAT BETTER FIT MY NEEDS. WHEN IT CAME TO THE INSTALLATION, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE OPENER AND KEYPAD NOT WORKING. I HAD THE INSTALLER OF THE ORIGINAL DOOR, COME TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HOME DEPOT READILY PAID FOR THAT BILL.

EXCELLENT HELP! KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED TO GET THE PROJECT DONE. THE STORE THAT GAVE US THE ESTIMATE WAS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IN THE TIME FRAME WE NEEDED AND DIRECTED US TO A STORE THAT COULD. THE ONLY COMPLAINT: WE WISH THERE HAD BEEN BETTER INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE THE SUPPLIES. HOWEVER, SOME OF THE FAULT LIES WITH US FOR NOT ASKING. MUCH BETTER THEN LOWES!

DID A HORRIBLE JOB. I HAD TO CONTRACT ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE WINDOWS. THEY HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAD TO ASK FOR CASING, WINDOW SILLS, & LATCHES FOR THE WINDOWS. THEY DON'T PROVIDE THEM IF YOU DON'T ASK FOR THEM.
