Great, as always!

I had about half of my windows replaced, so I just needed the others washed. I use Gibbs every year -- good job

I have used Gibbs many times previously. I thought I had sent a review earlier. Came on time, does a great job. All is good.

They did a great job.  After they got done it was so different to look through the windows that I thought I need to have them cleaned every year not just once in awhile.

I used them two years in a row and I thought they were real good. They did a nice job. There was one worker. He was very polite and courteous. They come out. They clean your windows for a fair price and they do a real nice job.

What a great experience! Tyler responding to my request for a quote promptly, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled me within a week. The technician who cleaned the windows, Robin, arrived on time, was polite and through and a seriously hard worker. Our storm windows are tough to get out of the frames but he did a fantastic job and went above and beyond, even cleaning our skylight! My clean windows make me feel like I'm living in a new house.

The glass looks great but I just spent several hours cleaning the frames of the screens and the sills between the screen and the windows after the person left. I specifically had asked about this when I called to make the appt.

I requested estimates from several companies who simply didn't reply.  I sent an email request for an estimate to Gibbs Window Cleaning in the afternoon and early the next morning Brian responded.  I narrowed my decision down to Gibbs and another company which also had great reviews.  The estimates from both companies were very comparable.  I emailed a couple of more times while making my decision and Brian responded to all of my communications quickly.  I did hire the other company this time because their next available date worked better with my schedule, but I will gladly consider Gibbs again for future needs.  Based on their reviews, I'll bet their work is as good as their initial communication.

They were great. Friendly, neat, did a great job. Windows shiny! Took grids out. Also did my three season room. Very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

These guys are professional in every way - from the initial phone call through bill payment. The windows look great and I just called them back to schedule a gutter cleaning.

Overall went well. They did show 1 hour late and did not call to tell me. Other than that, they did what was quoted. I would use them again.
