 + -1 moreIf I have a blotch on the cloth and if I tell them about it, they will take care of it. In case they do not take care of it the first time, they will actually clean it again for free. They are conscientious about their work. They also do community work. So, I am happy about that. I would tell the others that they are fair priced and that they do good quality work.
Description of Work: I use Dublin Cleaners for dry cleaning service. The last time I used them was to clean a suit.

 + -1 moreVery good. The folks in Dublin Cleaners are consistently professional and friendly. We've tried other local cleaners due to the distance and somewhat higher price of Dublin Cleaners, but we always end up back here. The work is consistently good and you get what you pay for!

 + -1 moreOverall, I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work from Dublin Cleaners. They used to be a well run organization but not anymore. Even the quality of their work has failed. My husband gets medium starch on his shirts and lately, they feel like cardboard. He changed it to light on his ticket for several weeks and they never changed it in their computer. I had to call them. I will not send my dry cleaning there anymore. We are in the process of finding a new cleaners that picks up, delivers, does quality work and doesn't lose our clothes.
Description of Work: We have used Dublin Cleaners pick up and delivery service for 5 years. Service and quality had always been good until last fall. They lost several of my items within a 3 month period then found them but they were delivered late. I quit using them except for my husbands shirts until last month. I decided I would give them a try again on my dry cleaning. Twice within a month items were missing again. We get 2 days a week service and when the one order was to be returned, 4 of my items were missing again. I had a business trip to go on that I needed the clothes for but they said the owner was having computer problems that day and couldn't deliver them. I had to wait another week to get them. The other incident a couple of weeks earlier involved 2 missing items again that were found and delivered a week later. They need to get a better system to track their items.

 + -1 moreWE USE DUBLIN CLEANERS FOR THEIR CONVENIENT PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE OF OUR DRY CLEANING. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE. WE ALSO USE THEM FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED. OUR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS CLEANED AND PRESSED AND USUALLY DELIVERED BACK TO US THE FOLLOWING WEEK (ONCE A WEEK STOPS). WE HAD A MISSING ITEM ONCE AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. DRIVER IS VERY FRIENDLY. WE USE CONVENIENT ONCE PER MONTH CREDIT CARD BILLING.

 + -1 moreRECENTLY, MY WIFE PICKED UP A GARMENT FROM THEM THAT STILL HAD A STAIN ON THE SLEEVE. SHE DIDN'T NOTICE THE STAIN WAS STILL THERE UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, AND RETURNED THE GARMENT A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT, STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PLASTIC. AS I ARRIVED TO RETURN IT, I WAS PLEASANT AND SAID "HOW ARE YOU DOING?" TO THE ATTENDANT AND HE GRUFFLY REPLIED "GOOD, WHAT'S THIS?!". I TOLD HIM THE STAIN WAS STILL THERE, AND HE QUESTIONED WHY I WAS JUST RETURNING IT NOW (5 DAYS LATER)!. HE NEVER SAID, "WE'RE SORRY, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, OR DO A BETTER JOB". HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ANGIE'S LIST FIRST. WE WILL NOW CHECK OUT SOME OTHER PLACES THAT APPRECIATES THE CUSTOMER AND WELCOMES THE BUSINESS.
Description of Work: WE HAD BEEN USING THIS CLEANERS FOR THE PAST YEAR OR SO AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS OK, AS WAS THEIR SERVICE (PROCESSED THE ORDER, BUT NOT VERY FRIENDLY).
