It was good but I don't know how to compare the price. I assumed it was okay.

If I have a blotch on the cloth and if I tell them about it, they will take care of it. In case they do not take care of it the first time, they will actually clean it again for free. They are conscientious about their work. They also do community work. So, I am happy about that. I would tell the others that they are fair priced and that they do good quality work.

Very good. The folks in Dublin Cleaners are consistently professional and friendly. We've tried other local cleaners due to the distance and somewhat higher price of Dublin Cleaners, but we always end up back here. The work is consistently good and you get what you pay for!

Did an excellent job of cleaning a comforter at a very reasonable price.

At first, they wanted to charge me for a wedding dress. It took several days to get a price for just a veil. They eventually did and packaged it in a christening gown box.

Dublin cleaners picks up and drops off our cleaning 2 times a week. They are always on time and do wonderful work. We recently went on vacation and needed some things back sooner, and they were able to help out. We are very happy with our experience.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and quality of work from Dublin Cleaners. They used to be a well run organization but not anymore. Even the quality of their work has failed. My husband gets medium starch on his shirts and lately, they feel like cardboard. He changed it to light on his ticket for several weeks and they never changed it in their computer. I had to call them. I will not send my dry cleaning there anymore. We are in the process of finding a new cleaners that picks up, delivers, does quality work and doesn't lose our clothes.

WE USE DUBLIN CLEANERS FOR THEIR CONVENIENT PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE OF OUR DRY CLEANING. THEY DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS SERVICE. WE ALSO USE THEM FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED. OUR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS CLEANED AND PRESSED AND USUALLY DELIVERED BACK TO US THE FOLLOWING WEEK (ONCE A WEEK STOPS). WE HAD A MISSING ITEM ONCE AND THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. DRIVER IS VERY FRIENDLY. WE USE CONVENIENT ONCE PER MONTH CREDIT CARD BILLING.

RECENTLY, MY WIFE PICKED UP A GARMENT FROM THEM THAT STILL HAD A STAIN ON THE SLEEVE. SHE DIDN'T NOTICE THE STAIN WAS STILL THERE UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER, AND RETURNED THE GARMENT A COUPLE DAYS AFTER THAT, STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PLASTIC. AS I ARRIVED TO RETURN IT, I WAS PLEASANT AND SAID "HOW ARE YOU DOING?" TO THE ATTENDANT AND HE GRUFFLY REPLIED "GOOD, WHAT'S THIS?!". I TOLD HIM THE STAIN WAS STILL THERE, AND HE QUESTIONED WHY I WAS JUST RETURNING IT NOW (5 DAYS LATER)!. HE NEVER SAID, "WE'RE SORRY, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, OR DO A BETTER JOB". HE WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. SHOULD HAVE CHECKED ANGIE'S LIST FIRST. WE WILL NOW CHECK OUT SOME OTHER PLACES THAT APPRECIATES THE CUSTOMER AND WELCOMES THE BUSINESS.
