Dave is very professional and knowledgeable.  They offered several options to dealing with our patio and the sliding door and helped us evaluate the pros and cons.  Once we selected an option they did an outstanding job.  The crew was very professional, punctual and did quality work.  Their prices were higher than other quotes but it was worth paying the premium.  I can't imagine having a bad experience with DMO as Dave is very customer oriented and seems to only work with quality crews.

David Osmond, Owner of DMO was personally involved in all facets of these projects and was attentive to all questions, requests, etc.   Prior to beginning of the project, DMO provided a complete schedule of the project and stayed on schedule.

David Osmond is the owner of the company and I love him. I have used them in the past too and they are wonderful. They are very clean. They used to clean up at the end of every day. The owner keeps in contact via e-mail or phone call. So he is always available. All the workers who work for him are very friendly and personable. They are awesome. I highly recommend them. I have also recommended them to everybody else who was looking for remodeling, house building and repairs. They did a great job. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Overall, everything turned-out great. I have used them for other projects and I would use them again in the future. They are good! David Osmond has a lot of experience and is fair and honest.

First, Dave came over with several of the foremen from the different subcontractors to give us an estimate of what needed to be done, and a cost estimate. Then the power-wash and prep work found additional wood rot and stucco damage that hadn't been obvious, so additional repairs were needed before the painting could be done. The prep work took about a week and was very thorough. Then they painted everything, and changed the paint color of the front door, which is an improvement. After that was finished, we had some rain, closed the windows & doors, which then stuck! When painted sections either stuck or peeled because they weren't dry when first closed, Dave had his own workers return to redo those areas--not once but a couple of times. Overall, we are very satisfied that the job is thorough, it's done well, and the house won't need to be repainted in a long time!

They are honest and fair, and they do quality work.

We were very pleased with the work. Dave kept us informed via e-mail and phone calls, as well as stopping by the job each day to check on his crew. I would use DMO Builders again for major home repair work or remodeling.

I had 3 estimates and DMO was the middle bid that I went with. He was the most detailed and willing to price things out to see if it could be added to my budget. Dave is very easy to work with and communicates everything in detail. All the guys that came to work on my closet were wonderful, polite, and did an outstanding job. This job went like clock work. Dave took care of details on the project along the way. I am hiring them to do my kitchen next! I'm thrilled with my new closet, they did an excellent job!

About two weeks after they finished my basement, my refrigerator leaked into the basement. I called Dave (on a Saturday) and he quickly called me back. He had a plumber out within the hour and drywall was replaced within days.

Dave was really great. He got right back to us when we called and had lots of ideas when we were at a loss as to what to do for lighting, etc. His crews were nice and considerate of the newborn and 2 year old in the house and the dog that always greeted them. They did a good job of cleaning up. About 2 weeks after they were done, my refrigerator ice maker leaked into the basement. When I discovered it, on a Saturday, I called Dave and he had his plumber out and had it fixed within the hour.

Outstanding! Dave Osmond (owner) of DMO Builders does a very thorough job with estimating and planning the work. This was repeat business for us, because he had done such a good job remodeling our upstairs bathrooms last year. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and with the overall attention to detail. We were able to stay within our budget by working with Dave to select materials and options for the project. We are very happy with the new kitchen, and we highly recommend DMO Builders.

THE MOST DETAILED ESTIMATE IN THE BUSINESS, IT'S A GREAT PLACE TO START, VERY EASY TO WORK WITH IN ORDER TO FIT INTO OUR BUDGET. THINGS THAT WE NOTICED, CLEANING, EVERY DAY THE CONSTRUCTION AREA WAS CLEANED UP, NO MESSES WERE LEFT. WHEN YOU HIRE A CONTRACTOR, YOU EXPECT THE WORK TO BE DONE CORRECTLY. WHEN WE BUILT OUR HOUSE, WE FELT THAT WE WERE THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR BECAUSE WE WERE FINDING ALL OF THE ERRORS AND REQUESTING THAT THEY BE FIXED. NOT WITH DMO. DAVE, FOUND THINGS THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN HAVE THOUGHT OF. I WISH DMO, HAD BUILT OUR HOUSE. HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE ON THIS CONTRACTOR. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO LOOK OVER THE WORK COMPLETED. DMO, POINTED OUT PROBLEMS THAT I WOULD HAVE NEVER FOUND. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS OF CONSTRUCTION, I STOPPED LOOKING, AND SIMPLY ENJOYED NOT HAVING TO LOOK OVER THE WORK COMPLETED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DMO. IF WE DO ANYTHING TO THE HOUSE OR BUILD A NEW HOUSE WE WILL ONLY USE DMO.

VERY THOROUGH ESTIMATE OF MATERIALS AND COSTS FOR THE INITIAL BID, WORKED WITH US TO REFLECT OUR REQUIREMENTS, WITH THE RESULT THAT THE BID AND THE FINISHED COST WERE VERY CLOSE AND WE WERE ABLE TO FINISH WITHIN BUDGET. WORKERS COMPLETED PROJECT WITHIN SCHEDULE, OR, IF THERE WERE HOLD-UPS, COMMUNICATION KEPT US CURRENT ON REASONS. WEEKLY UPDATES ON ALL WORK, GOOD RAPPORT AMONG TEAM MEMBERS, CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS WITH PROTECTION FROM DUST IN THE AREAS OUTSIDE THE WORK. FINISHED AHEAD OF INITIALLY PLANNED SCHEDULE. WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
