+ -1 moreI tried to send a dear friend a very nice wreath to share my sympathy when her dad passed away. I talked with people at Darby Creek Trading and they assured me they would send me a photo of my custom order so that I could approve it. They did not. When my friend received the order, she sent me a picture to ask if I was the one who had ordered it for her (knowing both of our tastes). It was NOTHING like what I had ordered. I contacted the owner who acknowledged they had not cooperatedwith what they told me they would be doing, but that they had a "no return" policy. In my case, they would consider an exception BUT there would be a 25% restocking fee AND I could only have store credit - not a refund. Given their track record and poor customer service, I just wasted a LOT of money on a pitiful custom floral design that I told my friend to give to the Goodwill!
Description of Work: Created a custom "wreath" (which it wasn't). It was a 3-4 foot long arrangement in a basket that looked nothing like a Christmas tree and nothing like a wreath, which was what I had ordered.
