I am not giving resolutions on. I have repeatedly called them ever since thanksgiving and they just keep ignoring me and no one will come out to my house to take a look and resolve the issues. I ordered a set of six chairs to be finished and they had it done out somewhere in Carolina and I bought the fabric and gave it to them to upholster the chairs so when the chairs were delivered, which they don't deliver personally, but a delivery company. I noticed that one of the chairs was black and the other chairs were brownish mahogany. One chair is completely different than the other chairs and there is another chair that when you sit on it, it squeaks really bad and makes a lot of noises so I called immediately the day that they delivered and said we had these issues. I think the owner she said I don't know if we can fix that, I couldn't hear her very well. Then I said that I want her husband to come out and talk to me in my home and look at these problems and every time I call they are out of town and they take a message. Nobody will ever really get back to me and come out her and it's been about 5 months now. They are closed on Mondays so they are on my list to call again tomorrow. Tomorrow I am just giving them the ultimatum that they've ignored me for 5 months so they have to come to my house this week or I guess I will take them to the small claims court. I know for a fact that my information is still at the front desk because the girls who work from them say that they see my paper sitting there.
