Good to work with; however, we felt really sorry for the installer, as he came by himself and was here for 10 hours. We'd had the company come out earlier to inspect/measure our yard to make sure they could do it due to a slight incline. The company said it was no problem, but the installer did have to do some extra work on the leveling/grading.

"You should know that our Installer at that time was well compensated for the job. It is up to the individual Installer to choose to take a 'helper' along. Rest assured that our installers are more than aware what to expect at the job site, and are give the freedom to choose to have help. I am sorry if he represented anything different. The installation of a playset is very hard work and there is no room for error as children's safety is involved. All our installers are trained and aware of what the job entails. I am happy to see that in the end you were pleased; and appreciate your concern on our installer's behalf."
