One should note that I am aware that now is a really bad time to have a home on the market. Tom is the 2nd realtor we've had in our effort to sell our home. I am more happy with his efforts than the last realtor, but still have some complaints. HER Realtors doesn't advertise on realtor.com, which I used a bunch in looking for a home. I've also not seen as much advertising in local newspapers. He has been more open with doing open houses. He has also been a little better with keeping in contact with us and letting us know what is or is not happening with the home. Tom was the agent for us in the recent purchase of a home. We found the home, so it was an easy commission for him. Tom is definitely a gentleman and very realistic about what we should expect.
