 + -1 moreWe bought the house from them, they were very slow at responding to our requests and some thing were never fixed because I just got tired of asking.
Description of Work: we bought a spec house from them- we had several issues after the sale. Their GM lived down the street. He would often just dismiss my concerns- work on the house was OK but not great- since the house was already built when we bought it we had no choice in construction but their follow up was not that great- they were never able to fix the incoming water pipe leak we had.

 + -1 moreBen was great and responded to me very quickly via email and via phone. I explained that I was comparison shopping and he still treated me like a regular client and walked me through the entire process. I ended up using a bank only because I like the lender and the bank's fees were approximately $400 less. Still, Ben gave it his best and matched the bank's interest rate, no questions asked! I will most certainly use Ben for my next refinance.
Description of Work: I was shopping for mortgage rates and asked for a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) within one business day.
