Dogs were not cleaned well, one still had a huge dirt clod and matted hair behind her ear.  Did not like that dogs are put into a back room where you cannot see them when you walk in.  Owner was very very nice but seemed overwhelmed.

She does a very good job, she listens well to what you want to have done. The dog smells great. Very clean. She does a good job on the nails, she doesn't over trim. She did exactly what I asked. She listens very well, and was very accurate. Everything I said she recalled and did it exactly as I said. She did a great job.

This was the best grooming experience Iv'e had in 13 years. Anyone would be crazy not to get their dogs groomed here, they have very competitive prices and the best grooming. Plus my dogs love them, so that's always a plus!

I have taken my 3 dogs to Aimee's pet grooming for 7 years, and they are the best groomers that I have ever used. Not only are Aimee and Matt very talented as groomers, you cantell that they truly care about the dogs they groom and their owners. Reilly is 16 years old, blind, missing and eye, and deaf, and they are the only people I would ever leave her with because I know that they take such good care of her. Matt is very careful with her and has even checked in after a surgery to see how she was doing...he always goes above and beyond. Aimee is great with my terrier Murphy (he is an aggressive male) and my puppy Zoe (who never sits still). I am always pleased with how my dogs look and all I have to say is and quot;Let's go see Aimeeand quot; and my two younger ones jump in the car.They are always excited to see Aimee and Matt and are happy and calm when I pick them up. I highly recommend using Aimee's pet grooming!

Without warning us of the risks involved, the staff gave our dog a flea treatment that our vet later told us should never be done due to safer alternatives. The staff got the treatment in our dog's eyes and caused cornea damage that required our poor little guy to spend several days on eye drops and with a cone on his head. (The vet also effectively and safely helped us get rid of the fleas.) We never went back.

The staff was super friendly. I arrived about 15 minutes early and they went ahead and took my dog. Then they reviewed all of the services they provide and told me they would call when my dog was almost ready to pick up. They called to let me know she was ready. I was a little shocked by the cost; $57 for full grooming and teeth brushing. I think the price was worth it.

Our Westie is 13 and very calm. When she typically is groomed, she looks good but consistently limping (our previous grooming experience). When we picked her up at Aimee's, she was snow white, perky and looked spectacular. The staff called us and asked us about a grooming decision they made and while it was the correct decision for a Westie, we chose to go a different direction. The error was not theirs - - it was ours for not informing them when we dropped her off. The groomer had corrected the cut by the time we arrived (again, their decision was correct for a Westie) and it took no additional time. This is our first experience with Aimee's and it won't be our last. Unknown to us at the time, our daughter uses Aimee's for their pet as well for exactly the same reasons.

Aimee had been a childhood friend of one of my daughter's. Recently realized that she now was a pet groomer and chose to have my 15 year old Bishon groomed with her. I had left phone message and received a call back quickly and appointment was made. Aimee and her husband were very thorough asking about preferences and shared some insights about general grooming as well. Bishon looks adoreable and seemed relaxed in the atmosphere when iIwent to pick her up. I think the fact that the animals are groomed in front room in view of customers is an advantage as I know my Bishon likes to be around people. Dogs being groomed at time of pick up seemed calm and accepting.

We can always count on Aimee to do a great job, and she didn't let us down this time. Gidget looks great!
We can also tell that Gidget feels so much better now that she is groomed and looking good:o)

They always do a nice job with grooming our dog, but in the last year or so, they've gone from very friendly to often not very friendly. We understand that the business might be hectic, but we often leave with the impression that our business is not appreciated.

They were nice and completed the work when they said they would. Their pricing was reasonable as well. The quality of their work was good and I was satisfied with their service.

When I take my pets to them they do a very good job. They are average priced and they are a little bit hard to get in the first time but after they are good at accommodating you and she does exactly what you ask her to do.

My dog was extremely nervous when I picked him up. Aimee told me that he wiggled a lot during his grooming. He slept and didn't eat much for the next two to three days. He just didn't act like himself. We noticed red bumps on his skin from the top of his head down his back to the hindquarters. I don't know if he had an allergic reaction to the shampoo that was used, if he was banging himself in the cage, or if it was due to the brushing technique that was used. He ended up with the bumps turning to scabs and a dandruff-type flaking of the skin off his back. It took almost three weeks for his coat to clear up.

Very well, I was able to get him in quickly and he was groomed quickly. He looked cute and was clean when I picked him up.

Aimee does a great job with our two dogs (one Papillion and one Pomeranian) and offers many services. Price is great and she has good Saturday availability (both my husband and I work). She is very good with the dogs and the shampoo she uses smells GREAT! We have had our dogs groomed other places and the scents of the shampoo have been awful, however hers are really nice. We highly recommend Aimee for all of our dogs, both present and any future ones. Each dog costs around $35 dollars which includes a full bath and teeth brushing. Great value and job!

This was the first time at Aimee's for both dogs and she did a nice job. $40 a dog is very reasonable compared to other groomers. Aimee is very professional and I felt that my dogs were well cared for while they were with her. I would take them back to her.

I was able to make an appt. very soon after my call. Aimee asked several questions about our requirements for how we wanted our dog groomed, and she followed our instructions exactly. Our dog looked and smelled great when she came home and seemed to enjoy the open environment where she could play all day.

They did completed basic paperwork on the puppy. They explained that he has hip dysplasia in both hips. Aimee indicated that they would keep him crated so that he wouldn't get hurt playing with the other dogs. She explained the services that they perform and that they have other dogs that they groom with this condition. She also indicated that the length of time before he was ready would be determined by how quickly his fur dried. I checked back with them at the minimum amount of time. He wasn't ready yet and they asked if I could get him in 30 minutes. While driving to her facility, she called me to advise that he was ready. He looked nice and he was happy. They explained that since he has bad hips, it took a little longer drying him since they couldn't maneuver him into standing positions. They indicated that he did fine and they kept him calm, not jumping while I entered the building. They listened to my concerns and addressed them in a satisfactory way.
