It went well. My husband helped the employee in locating the water meter, etc. and because of that, they did not round our bill up to $300. The repair took less than two hours and the employee was very knowledgeable on what to do to fix the issue. Although out landlord was not happy we did not use her local plumbing company, we were happy with the service and the punctuality of the employee at Roto-Rooter. I feel they charged us a fair price and I would use them again.

I was very pleased with their work ethic. They arrived and had to dig up part of the driveway.They dug up only what they had to which was up by the house. They made the replacement and finished up at 1:00 am because of a problem underground. The driveway was finished the next day. Before Roto Rooter came I had almost no water pressure. Now I can take a shower at the same time the washing machine is running etc. They did a great job.
