First of all if I could have rated overall experience a plus i would have. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. Job well done. Will recommend to everyone I know. The men gave a hundred plus percent. Unusual in these times. Thank you Lotts Plumbing and heating.

They dug ditches around that were open for months, in the middle of the winter. I am disable and rolling around in a wheel chair. They dug around my pipes and the water was froze for 2 months. They hit my mobile home with one of their bobcat digging machines. They tried to tell em they were not responsible for any damage they did to my house.
