Took off with our money and didn't finish the job. Said they were bonded and member of home builders association and it was all lies! They had done this to three other families prior to us but sadly didn't find out all of this until it was to late. Stay away from him!!!!!! |

ANyhow, the first day they start building front wall on top of old roof that was suppost to be removed. Didnt matter how many times we told them to stop and do it as wanted and paid for, they continued and said they have done this for 35 years. LOng story short . When they would show up they didnt have supplies to work, workers were not showing up, so the supervisor would just sit in the driveway, they would only stay a few hours then had a school game to attend. They had a 17 yr. old and a 19 year old mostly trying to do the work. In the end. We had it inspectd, and inspector said it was a joke, needed to be redone. Metal cut a slight angle not causeit needed to be. scratched dented, screws coming out chimney leaks really bad even now. Seams between sheets of metal has rain coming through. metal was never cut off so when it rains it over shoots the gutters in sme places and goes into the soffits in others causing more leaks. Siding they installed way wron. Was suppost to be new, they used soffit we had laying in our carport without us knowing for siding. The siding keeps coming loose as we have to try to fix it. Sheeting board under siding has spaces between them I can get mymiddle finger in. Screws that are suppost to hold down the metal roofing are not even going into the wood in many places. My best advice. THis company offers lower prices i our area. but pay alittle extra, and have peace of mind. And a dry house. The owner flat out told us it was proper work. And even tried to down the inspector whom said it was not proper. The owner of Jerry Osborne said he builds POle Barns all the time and has seen on fall yet. ( he put our rafters at 48 inches apart.) regulations are 16" to 24" apart at most. NOt to mention he was buildng a second story on our home not a POle Barn in a field.
