We knew from the get go the stater was bad. That's why we towed it in because it wouldn't start. We knew there were probably other problems but we didn't know it was the fuel pump. They called me before they preformed any services which I liked very much. They didnt want to just fix something with out my knowledge. Its 9/6/2012 now and we don't have the vehicle back yet but so far so good. They felt bad about how much the fuel pump costs but I need a car; I have 4 little boys.
