He did very high quality work on the low rubber roofs. I'm told by a home inspector, and other contractors, that it is well done and will stand the test of time. The work was done on time, on budget, and in a clean professional way. He rates are competitive and reasonable. (He found the gutters to be in excellent condition and needed no repairs at all.) I recommend.
