I called his company and Mark called me immediately to explain his services. We stayed in close phone contact from free inspection to the final treatment. This is an embarassing problem and he never made me feel dirty or irresponsible for having bedbugs.I could not have done it without his kindness and compassion. He is really the man to call if you need an exterminator.

i called and set a time for him to come and he showed in the time frame he did his job and was not pushy about the next time they should come back give me the info that i needed to know and left
