This is a very dishonest rental company. When you pay -approx$200. for a cleaning service after you check out, but you are expected to haul your trash to a location in your car. All dishes and kitchen were cleaned but dishes were still in dish washer in need to be put away. We received the home with trash in the backyard cans, so we thought it was fine to leave ours. There was also dirty laundry of rug & towel in bathroom hamper when we checked in so we just left it in washing machine when we left. House was completely picked up, put in order, blankets and pillows in order. They kept our down payment plus we are not sure what you pay for a cleaning service if you have to do it all. Stay away from this rental Company....plenty of others to run to!!!
