 + -1 moreThis is a very dishonest rental company. When you pay -approx$200. for a cleaning service after you check out, but you are expected to haul your trash to a location in your car. All dishes and kitchen were cleaned but dishes were still in dish washer in need to be put away. We received the home with trash in the backyard cans, so we thought it was fine to leave ours. There was also dirty laundry of rug & towel in bathroom hamper when we checked in so we just left it in washing machine when we left. House was completely picked up, put in order, blankets and pillows in order. They kept our down payment plus we are not sure what you pay for a cleaning service if you have to do it all. Stay away from this rental Company....plenty of others to run to!!!
Description of Work: They rented us a home. We purchased a cleaning service after check out at approx $200. We received the home with trash in cans in back yard. And skunks that live back there came out each night. We payed extra $200. for our dog. Kitchen was cleaned and dishes washed in dish washer left for maid service to put away. All beds were left with spread folded at foot so they could see all was left that was belonging to home, pillows, mattress covers. We took our own sheets and towels and blankets. We were assessed our down payment due to the trash cans had our trash in it, they expect you to put all dishes away, haul your trash to a location in back of community with the payment of a cleaning service for after check.......REALLY?
