LONG BEACH CUSTOM REMODELERS

Owner was very responsive during the selling period and did provide documentation on request and without hassle for our insurance claim. Supplies were delivered in a timely manner and the work also began in a timely manner. However, the work was completed later than expected because all but 1 worker was pulled from our project to begin another, when we were told that our work would be completed before another job began. We have since noticed a small amount of damage to our siding. 2 phone calls to contractor not returned. On the 3rd attempt contact was made and we were told someone would be by in the near future to replace the piece of siding. A month later the siding has not been replaced and now 2 calls have not been answered. Contractor finally completed the work but charged an exhorbinat fee for that and when I called to discuss that call went unanswered.
