Albert “Big Al” Tromm started the business in October 1993, and it has remained a family-owned and operated enterprise while growing ever since. Even now, with Big Al enjoying retirement, four members of the Tromm family are active in the day-to-day operation of Quality Window Systems. Sons Carl and Clayton manage the business and their wives, Barbara and Kim, handle the financials and customer service. Quality Window Systems began with a location on Court Street in downtown Pomeroy, but the growing business outgrew its initial showroom and led the Tromm’s to move out to more spacious accommodations. The formula of success at Quality Window Systems is: Customer first, prompt, on time installations (most installations can be completed in one day), personal and professional service. Our family cares about your family. Quality Window Systems deals directly with the factory and passes along the savings to the customer.
