The HomeTeam worked really well with our Realtor, the scheduling was easy, the inspection was thorough and the report timely.

The men that were there were very informative and explained things that they found and things that they couldn't really check.  They pointed out things that would need to be done or should be done before moving in for our safety and I really liked that.  I know that they put it in their report but they stressed that it needed attention right away,  They were wonderful group of men.

Very comprehensive

There were four people that came to do the inspection, so what would have taken hours took no time at all. My husband got to go back to work much sooner that anticipated. It struck me how friendly they all were. Especially after having to crawl or contort into spaces that were not so pleasant. They explained exactly what they were doing how everything was inspected. They answered all our questions and went over the final results with us. HomeTeam Inspection Service was reasonably priced, quick and friendly.

Since we were the sellers and the inspection was done for the buyers best interest I need to be fair since this is a potentially adversarial situation.
Home Team was very thorough and went over every inch of our home.
But the mistake made in the inspection report could have easily cost us a sale and in this market it would have been horrible for us
The report stated 20 of our windows would not open. They spent a long time showing the home buyer all the windows that were "stuck" and marked each one with blue tape.  My husband  came home an hour later and opened every window without any problem.  We later had to show the buyers how they opened and it did not stop the sale.

I was happy with the service. I hope I never have to move again, but I would use them if I had to.

Jon and Chris Helton performed a whole house inspection on the home we were in the process of purchasing. Jon was able to schedule the appointment and set up a termite inspection the day after I called him. Jon and Chris showed up earlier than our appointment and worked together to perform a thorough inspection. They walked us through the house and made sure we understood each note in the report. Jon and Chris also talked to us about some routine maintenance to do on the house. The inspection took approximately 1.5 hours. They were both professional and knowledgeable and I would use them again.

Chris is very friendly and personable, with an attention to detail. Excellent experience.

THE WEBSITE STATES THAT A TEAM OF INSPECTORS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO MAKE THE INSPECTION ACCURATE AND QUICK, BUT ONLY ONE INSPECTOR CAME OVER. ALTHOUGH WE DID APPRECIATE HIS RESPECT FOR OUR TIME, WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO FEEL THAT THE INSPECTION WAS MORE THOROUGH OR TO HAVE SEEN HIM TAKE SOME NOTES. HOWEVER, HE DID CATCH TWO ISSUES WHICH RESULTED IN OUR FEELING MORE PREPARED FOR OUR BIGGEST EVER PURCHASE.

HOME TEAM'S INSPECTION WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH. CHRIS GAVE US VALUABLE FEEDBACK THAT WE WERE ABLE TO USE ON OUR CONTRACT ADDENDUM. THE SELLER FIXED THE MAJORITY OF THE THINGS THAT WERE FOUND AND IT SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY AS HOMEOWNERS. CHRIS PROVIDED US WITH A TYPED INSPECTION REPORT AND SENT IT TO OUR AGENT AS WELL. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE THINGS AS CONVENIENT AS POSSIBLE.
