We used Hiles Home Inspection on two cabins we purchased. Michael was fantastic throughout the process. He contacted me ahead of time to discuss any concerns/areas of focus, shared his feedback and thoughts during the inspection, and provided a detailed report with pictures the next day. Michael was knowledgeable and gave us good perspective on how concerning a finding was and ideas for fixing it. Highly recommend!

Michael was great. Very thorough with his inspection and willing to answer any and all questions I had. I arrived during the inspection, after he had already completed a portion of it, and he made sure to walk me back through what he’d seen so far in case I had any questions live. Additionally, Michael provided a very detailed inspection report in a timely manner. Overall he is a very pleasant person and you can tell that he cares about the work that he does. Definitely would recommend.
