The final work is so attractive that several neighbors eyed it and immediately called Bob Jones to request quotations for their homes. All finished surfaces are well constructed, textured, stained and sealed. The actual textured surface is crafted by first pouring concrete between edge guides, slightly texturing the overall surface, letting it sit overnight, and then grinding grooves to form the "stone borders". The proprietor himself then works carefully to stain each "stone" by hand, alternating colors to make the final pattern. A clear overcoat of sealant protects the final work. ImageStone did a great job, even filling in soil along the edges of the concrete. All we needed to do was seed grass to patch the turf. The entire project involved an extensive amount of labor, hence we think the price is reasonable. Overall, all of our specifications were met. The one downside was that it took many weeks after we requested the work and signed the contract. Bob Jones attributed this to other jobs scheduled plus the fact that ImageStone needs to hire specialists for things like operating the Bobcat-like equipment.

Bob and his crew were great to work with. They were reliable and the work was done when I expected. The product they use is amazing. It was so much more affordable than stone, and they were done in a fraction of the time. All the work was completed as I expected and it looked great.
