I had a stamped concrete patio poured by Cincinnati Concrete Creations. It was a reasonably good process. The patio was completed and stained. The stain did not last and had to be I had restained in 9 months. It has now been another year and the stain is gone again and the patio has loose concrete chips. After a number of attempts to get Sandy or Dave to respond with no results, I am posting on these sites to advsie the company does not respond when the job does not last

The contractor's were very cordial. If there were any issues they were more than co-operative to resolve the issues. Obviously we wouldn't recommend them if we had any concerns. I like they are a family business.

Stamped concrete patio, retaining wall and seat wall. Seriously beautiful. Multiple quotes from other came short of what we wanted, but Cincy Concrete listened to everything we requested, made suggestions and really delivered. We absolutely love our patio.

Although there was a little misunderstanding concerning when I needed it completed, they were very quick to solve the issue. They completed the project on time. The finished deck is beautiful.

Dave and Sandy and their entire crew were a pleasure to work with. They responded quickly to our calls and texts, designed the project with our wants and needs in mind and provided regular updates along the way. We'll be using them again as our go-to company for future projects.

Cincy Concrete Creations did a great job building our deck. We had them tear down our old deck and rebuild a new one from the ground up. We made a few changes to the design about a week before they were planning on starting, and they were very professional in handling the last minute change. The deck is great quality and craftsmanship and we absolutely love it. It only took them about 2 1/2 days to build the new deck. They stayed a few hours late on a one day in order to make sure they got it complete by Friday. After they finished the deck the inspector came out and didn't approve the hand railings, but when I called Cincy Concrete Creations they said no problem and came out within 2 days to fix it. We also noticed a split in 2 of the stair boards and told them about it and they fixed them at no cost. We are extremely pleased with the service and the craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new deck.

Cincy Concrete Creations did a great job on our project. We had to make a few changes and they were absolutely fantastic in handling them. They were in contact about the project and made sure it was to our liking. I would certainly recommend them and have already done so. It is businesses like this one that make things not so scary to achieve. We love our stamped concrete

We hired Cincy Concrete Creation & Construction to build a wood deck, aluminum rails, landing with steps, and a metal roofing under decking for waterproofing . Dave told us there would be 8" of concrete followed with gravel for each post. NOT DONE. concrete partially under two posts and no gravel. 1/4 of all rails could be removed easily. Drilled extra hole in top and bottom of rail with no rail in place, top board of same rail is bowed, boards missing nails, several areas where nails are too close to edge and sticking out, stringer of stairs cracked ( told "not structural"???) The company did come out to glue rails in place but still waiting for stringer to be fit. Kept telling me they didn't see where the stringer was cracked and asked if we could mark it and also that isn't structural!! So if you didn't see it to begin with how would you be able to make the determination that it isn't structural???? All we wanted was someone to build our deck professionally. We were told "we will build your deck like it was built for our house." We trusted Cincy Concrete Creations & Construction, LLC to do a good job and was very very disappointed.

Sandy, Dave and their entire team were terrific to work with, focused on results that satisfied us. They were attentive to our concerns and responsive to our needs. They worked efficiently with minimum disruption to our personal schedule and dedicated themselves to making sure we were satisfied. They exercised great care to protect landscaping while mitigating potential damage to other parts of the house (they worked on a semi-enclosed porch in addition to our driveway and wak to the porch. Ethical and focused on the customer. We highly recommend.

They are the easiest contractors that I have ever worked with. They listen and make sure that you are happy with what they are doing. Their workmanship is outstanding.

I'm so glad I had this done. Everyone from Cincy Concrete Creations was very professional and the results are beautiful. My property is 70+ years old so the amount of concrete that had to be removed to prepare this job was unexpected. And what a relief! For a small extra charge they brought topsoil and landscaped the area saving me a tremendous amount of time. I would recommend Cincy Concrete Creations & Construction to anyone with a large or small concrete job!

Their design work was wonderful. They are very knowledgable. They gave me lots of ideas and showed very many pictures of jobs they have completed. The work was done on time and very professional. I really liked how personal they were and they really seemed to care about the quality of the work. I would hire them again.

They came out and listened to what I wanted, gave me a reasonable quote and scheduled the work after I accepted. They showed up on time, completed the job professionally and the project came out great.
