Description of Work: They painted the inside of a house that I purchased. This is a father and son operation. The father is the main contact person and only paints now when his sons get overloaded. They did not put their offer in writing so I had to write up a contract so there would be no misunderstanding as to the work to be performed and the fee to be paid. At the time of the work, the house was vacant so there was no furniture to be moved. I purchased all the paint. Based on the number of hours they spend on the job, I figured that it cost me 32 dollars per man hour. That seems to me to be a high rate for inside painting with no furniture to move or paint to buy. I did not feel that they let the paint dry enough before applying a second coat. But, all in all they did a good job but not perfect. Their were a couple of imperfections and they did damage a mirror and candle but did not offer to pay for the damage.

+ -1 moreI LIKED THAT THEY THOROUGHLY PREPARED THE SURFACE OF THE WOOD. THEY DID A DETAILED JOB. THEY USED QUALITY PRODUCTS. THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO HAVE WORKING AT OUR HOME AND WE WERE SATISFIED.
