YUTZY'S CONSTRUCTION

Noah made an appointment for Friday 11am and didn’t show up. I came from work spatially to meet him, waited for 40 min, and after all been told that he can come after he’ll stop by another job. I just wasted my time that I could work and make some money. Very irresponsible.

Mr. Yutzy is professional and meticulous. He works with his sons. All the work was done expertly and the work site was always neat and organized. He explained everything that needed done and why, then afterwards showed us the results. We will use him again and recommend him to all our friends. We have several neighbors that have had the same great experience with him and his company.

We wanted to install an electric fireplace in our existing pub room, including installing a custom mantle to match the existing bar and cabinets. The cabinet company recommended Myron Yutzy. Myron came out within a few days of contact and quoted the job. While very responsive to what we wanted to do, he also offered several suggestions which turned out to be time and/or money savers. Once the mantle was ready and we were ready to start, Myron came out promptly and completed the work himself. The quality was excellent. He shows up when he says he will, works a full day and cleans up afterwards. Additionally, on a couple of occasions we asked him to look at a few other things "while you are here," which he was happy to do. We highly recommend him.

Myron Yutzy came highly recommended by a friend and he did not disappoint. He is an exceptional construction professional in every way. He listens well, gives careful attention to detail, is patient and provides excellent guidance to his customer. He is a superb craftsman, fastidious about detail, producing very high quality workmanship. As an example, our island granite countertop had an overhang for bar seating. He said it needed metal support braces and I was concerned that they would not blend with the Shaker style custom cabinetry of our kitchen. His solution was to wrap these carefully and inconspiculously in leather strapping--a great look. In the stallation of the barn cupolas, he ensured a beautiful and very solidly outcome. No one could go wrong working with this principled, exceptional man and his company.

He went out of his way to make sure we were happy customers. We had picked out granite, and after we had signed the contract, he pointed out that it was $400 more than what he gave us. He was the one that ate that cost difference. When we remodel our floors, this company will automatically get the contract, that's how happy we were.

Myron was only involved in the stairs tear out. He brought in a sub to build the stairs, Marvin Troyer. Mavin is a master carpenter and did a great job on building the stairs. I didn't realize what a poor job the original builder had done building the stairs until I saw Marvin's work. I wish we had another stairs to replace. His work is meticulous, solid, and neat. Matt did the work on the other two projects. The door to our walk in attic had always be hard to close and we always needed weather stripping to keep it sealed. Matt re-squared the opening and rehung the door properly. Now we no longer need weather striping and the door can be closed with one finger. It is also air tight. In our garage the wall nearest the front of our car has always had problems getting wet when snow melts from the car. The drywall had become bubbled and crumpling. Matt cut the lower three feet of the drywall and replaced it with FRP and good caulking. Now you could probably dump a bucket of water directly at the foot of the wall with no ill effect. Excellent, excellent work by all. Everyone made it a point to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day they were here. Marvin setup in my garage to make all of his wood cuts. After he left my garage was cleaner than when he arrived. We would definitely use Myron's company again.

Myron and his brother Matt did most of the work. He brought in a sub to install the tile (Steve). Steve did an excellent tile job. We had Stone Fabrication from Columbus install the granite vanity counter top. That was our choice. Myron's work is all very meticulous and very neat. We couldn't ask for anyone better. Matt did any carpentry that was needed and his work is also extremely good. While we we having the bathroom remodeled we found other small projects that needed done. We had put in a glass block window a few months before but the installers had not framed it very well. Matt built a frame for the window that made it look like it had always been there. This was the second project we had done by Myron.

THEY HAD THE LOWEST BID OF THREE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT ADVERTISE ANYWHERE. THEY ONLY GET BUSINESS STRICTLY BY WORD OF MOUTH. ALWAYS ON TIME. BROUGHT THEIR OWN LUNCH AND ONLY TOOK 1 HOUR. VERY POLITE. VERY PROMPT.
