If you have any needs with garage door, these are your guys!! ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE!! I had an old (spring on each side) garage door system. Couple of days ago, spring on one side snapped and broke. I called and Josh came in on the same day. He replaced the springs but since it was not balancing and being old system, he spent more than 2 hours on getting it right. Unfortunately, it didn't work so he replaced the complete system with a new torsion spring. Needless to say, it works better than the old system and the door is smother and silent. Biggest of at all, he didn't charge me a single extra penny for the replacement and his extra labor. He just charged me the same amount as he quoted in the beginning which was already very reasonable. Josh was extremely professional, helpful and he did an extremely good job. The product that he used was also good quality. I would highly recommend this company!!

Josh was awesome - very friendly, professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He contacted me right away to come out and fix the problem (broken spring). I am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone and would hire once again. I thought the price was a little high, but given that they were able to assist so quickly, I was happy to pay a little extra. I do feel that the product used is higher quality than the product they were replacing, so again happy to pay a little more.

I was referred to Village Garage Door by Angie's List. Before I had a chance to call any of the companies I was referred to Josh called me. Setting up an appointment was easy and convenient. He asked questions that would help me troubleshoot the problem so I might not need his help to fix it. He called before coming out to tell me he was on his way and showed up exactly at our appointment time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him if I ever need garage door service again and I will refer him to my family and friends.
