THE LIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS

Great. I cringe paying that much money for holiday decorating but the peace of mind knowing that I didn't have to worry about it, was very worth it.

We have used them for years, they have done a good job. The only quality less than perfect is that we would like to have LED lighting, and they have not offered that in the past years. Some people would like that, and they should inquire, but we haven't had them in the past couple of years. They came out early around mid November and we didn't plug them until we needed them, and then they came and took them down in January. We had left some messages to find out if our contract was finalized. We had called them around three times, and then the owner finally called us.

They did provide a prompt quote in early November. After the contract was signed, I was schedule for installation within a few weeks. Due to rainy weather, install was delayed a couple days. After our Christmas lighting was installed, we did have two service calls (first for lights being out and secondly a part of roof line string was dangling after strong winds). Response time to the service calls were prompt and quickly taken care of.

These guys did a great job! They came out on a Thur to look at the house - we didnt even need to be there! Tim called that evening with a recommendation which we went with after a couple tweaks. They said they would have a crew there the next Monday and they did. The project was finished by that evening and it looks fantastic. It would have taken us a week to do what these guys did an half a day.

Ive criticized this company in the past for their service and confusing prices and for going over estimate. I am happy to report good service this year with a price list that is simple and easy to understand. They did run out of large wreaths, but Im sure they will order more next year. The phone is always busy, but Tammy did return my call a day or two later (this was Thanksgiving week so I suggest planning and calling earlier!). Please note that I am a tough grader....

The Light Before Christmas hung the lights and installed the spot lights, however 5 of the 8 spot lights did not work and a partial strand of lights wrapped around a tree bark did not work. I contacted them and they said it would be 2 days until they could come out to fix. They came out, but none of the lights worked. I contacted them for a 2nd time. I had to wait 2 more days. They supposedly came out, but the lights still do not work. I am extremely frustrated with this company and their lack of professionalism in promptly taking care of a problem. It is now a week later and the lights still do not work.
