Very nice and professional. Showed up early. Did the work in my garage. Laid down a sheet so he wouldn't make a mess. Jacked up the mower, scraped the underside, took the blades off, sharpened, reinstalled the blades, greased bearings and wheels. Said the belts looked good. And he was off. $40 cash out the door. What a great deal.
