We were not in a hurry as the 40 year old air conditioner still worked, so we waited for the area to dry out a bit before having him come and complete the job.

Went well. Two men worked for about a day and a half to complete the job. It looks really great. We were in no particular rush and were flexible on the exact dates of installation.

Randy came as agreed and had his employee fix drywall and painted, said his associate was better at drywall repairs. He also stain blocked part of the basement and painted it with drylock. He fixed garage cement floor. Randy installed microwave, removed a water filter from the kitchen sink, and repaired the gas line to our gas lamp. All work was done promptly, carefully, and neatly and all of this work with materials only cost a little over $700
