Warning OUTRAGEOUS BILL!!! ABSOLUTELY EXPLOITATION!!! A $550 BILL for a $50 PART and 20 MINUTE service call! CALLED for the 1st time for service, the RECEPTIONIST never mentioned a SERVICE FEE OF $200+! AFTER ARRON, THEIR TECH (very good) QUOTED $550 to replace a $50 PART, I called for management! 😡 NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY CALL and NO CALL WAS EVER RETURNED, I TRIED TWICE in 20 minutes! Beware!!! Don't get suckered or scammed like we did!

I have used Yodler and referred Yodler to many people. They have been excellent everytime. Tonight I called him and he diagnosed my problem over the phone. Fixed one issued I basically created, then he fixed a second issue. He called an hour later to make sure we were good and we were. Had I needed him he was prepared to come immediately or first thing in the morning. I live in River Hall Cascades, he takes care of most of this community and does it extremely well.

Get it in writing! Satisfied with service but did not get service call refund as promised when booking the job. If you value honest upfront job pricing avoid this company. $70 doesn't mean a whole to some but when you are a retiree on a fixed income it really stings

Installation went extremely well. Sean did a great job, with excellent communication, and stayed late to complete the installation. Would have gone faster if he had an assistant, but he clearly new what he was doing and worked continuously to completion. Installation is very clean and works as desired.

After fixing the outlet, which turned out to be a bad circuit breaker, the tech proceeded to diagnose the lost power issue. He determined that a cut underground wire was likely the cause. The locator equipment was not on his truck, so the tech arranged a follow up appointment. A different tech did the work at the follow up appointment and completed the work in a timely fashion. I appreciated that the company only billed me for one trip charge. Both service techs did quality work and had excellent people skills. The scheduling and billing staff was also courteous and efficient. I will definitely call Yoder if I have future electrical needs and would recommend them to my family an friends.

We had Yoder electric to our Condo and our home around February of 2016, the young man that came to do the work did a wonderful job.  Having liked the our first experience we called R&T Yoder electric back to give us an estimate to install 5 can lights and 5 puck light as well as an outlet.  I already had gotten a quote for the job which was 700-800 dollars. Rod came out to give us the estimate and then emailed me the following day with the quote which was for 1655 dollars, I sent him an email stating his estimate double the price another company had given me and would have to think about it, which Rod did not even acknowledge
 I had even sent.  I decided to call 2 other reputable companies that are also angieslist members.  The other estimates we received where $840 and $960,  about the same as the first estimate I was given.  

Wondering why there was such a huge difference I called this morning to discuss with Rod why there was such a huge difference in their price.  Rob, the owner of the company, was unprofessional, rude, told me only that bc of the variables that was what the cost would be.  I mentioned to him that had not received an email back from him after replying to the quote email I had received from him and his response was what did you want me to email back.  Well I guess I would have wanted an explanation  as to why there was such a huge difference in price to use  their company.  

I would highly recommend anyone looking to use this company get other quotes, from what I can see from the 3 other quotes I received is that they way over price.  

All the employees who came to my home for the estimate and then the actual work were punctual, professional and skilled. Installing the new box and exterior lines took a whole day; Justin and Travis worked diligently the entire time.  Justin then worked around my schedule to return and install the lights and do the other interior work.
I will use this company for any electrical needs I have in the future.  I highly recommend them.

Rod came and walked through our home and took notes for an estimate. Emailed me the estimate the same day AND I pleasantly received a phone call advising they could get my house done the NEXT DAY! Todd and another young man came in and started working. They were both professional, curious, and walked me through what they were doing! Including answering ALL of my questions. It was a pleasure to have this company work on our house. We were BURNED by a general contractor and needed some stuff completed and/or fixed! They will be my first phone call for any future needs from me or my family! I can't express how satisfied I was with their work, kindness, and customer service.

Representative  was  here a week ago. Representative said that he had no discretion as far as what he was to charge the customer, and charged me the full service call of $125. Apparently someone had stepped on a wire leading to the pool generator, causing the ground wire to become disconnected. Even though it was possible that the representative did this and even though this company was there the prior week and billed $175, he offered no discretion in the billing.

It was done in parts because I had to have them stop for a while. Things went pretty well. The inspector had them fix one thing but everything else went fine. The workers were good. They left the area clean. The price was a little more than I thought it would be but I am not sure what other companies would charge for the same service. They had some problems with their phone system for a while but once they got it fixed, they were fine.

He did a very good job. He was prompt and came back to finish up when it was time to finish up stuff. He is a good man. He is reliable and conscientious. He does very good work. His employees are good and they come out pretty quickly. They last came out within the week to do work for me. His prices are good. He knocked the work out quickly. I've never sat around waiting on him. I have a call in to him now to do another job for me.
