MR. PYLES TOOK 7 MONTHS AFTER RECEIVING THE 25% DEPOSIT TO BEGIN WORK. HE RETURNED A FEW EARLY CALLS WITH EXCUSES AS TO WHY HE DID NOT START THE WORK. EVENTUALLY, HE STOPPED RETURNING CALLS UNTIL WE THREATENED TO REPORT HIM TO THE POLICE FOR GRAND THEFT. ONLY THEN DID HE START THE JOB. THE WOOD HE USED TO REPLACED DAMAGED SIDING WAS INFERIOR AND DOES NOT MATCH THE OTHER SIDING. THE PAINT JOB WAS SLOPPY AND HE DID A POOR JOB OF TOUCH UPS. HE PROMISED TO COME BACK TO PAINT OUR GARAGE FOR FREE TO MAKE UP FOR THE LATE START, BUT NEVER DID IT. WINDOWS, DOORS AND PAVEMENT WERE BADLY SPLATTERED WITH PAINT, WHICH HE DID NOT CLEAN UP.
