Performance Auto Spa

Work was done well. Car looked great. Although interior was not detailed, I slightly expected that they would have vacuumed the interior which hey did not. Would have showed extra attention to detail. Also, timing seemed to be a challenge. I had the car there prior to them arriving in the morning knowing I needed it back the same evening as promised. They did not meet the schedule but stayed late to make sure it was finished that evening. Promised by 6 pm, actually completed about 6:30 pm. Seemed a bit rushed.

Very happy with the results!  Will use them again for auto detailing needs.

It did not go well. The process took an entire Saturday. We dropped off the car and were told it would take roughly 4 hours. We did not hear from them so we just went back about 4 hours later. We were told it was not ready, that they would call us to let us know. Almost 2 hours later, still no call and it was about time for them to close. We showed back up and told it would be another 15 minutes. We waited in the car only to wait another 1/2 hour. When the car came out, the wash job they did on the car looked terrible for which they later credited back the money paid for the wash. There was also a parking permit sticker on the rear window which they did not remove prior to pressure spraying the car, which caused the permit to blow off onto a dirty floor and ruined the pass, which no longer stuck properly to the window and we had to go pay for a replacement sticker.
Once in the car, we found every warning light in the car was on as they had completely drained the battery causing this. They shrugged it off stating that they have to keep all doors open during the process, however what they did not have to do is leave the key in it with the radio playing while they were tinting which is what we witnessed they were doing during out first check in to see if the car was complete.
They could not provide an explanation as to how to rectify all the warning lights, first stating they would follow up with us on Monday. We told them that was not an appropriate answer. One of the staff left to go pick up a diagnostic device that would check the system. We immediately called Honda's service department to ask their team what would have caused this and if we should be worried. He was much more of a help indicating that it meant they completely drained the battery and once driving the car, it would recharge the battery and the lights would go off. We did this and it did take care of the issue. We unfortunately found the staff to be uncaring and unprofessional.
The tine job then began to ripple on the back window a week later as well as bubble on the door windows. We took the car back in for evaluation and were told it was a normal and quot;curingand quot; process and that it was due to the type of glass Honda used in the cars. It was under warranty and they redid the door. Weeks later, the door bubble again, including a visible hair between the window and the tint. The back window is still rippled. They offered to remove the tint which we agreed to, however after thinking it over, we chose not to do so as we were advised by a well known competitor that if they did not properly remove it with steam, that it could do damage to the rear defrost on the window. The situation was just left at this time leaving the windows still bubbled and the back window still rippled.
While I am sure others have had a satisfactory experience, unfortunately for us, it was bad experience and we will not return, nor recommend their service to anyone we know.

They installed window tint per service agreement, then went above and beyond and buffed out a paint scuff I had on my car door. I took my car in to only have window tint installed, but when I picked up my car they mentioned that they noticed a paint scuff on my door so they buffed it out. I was pleased with the window tint installed, but the icing on the cake was them taking the initiative and buffing out the scuff. Kudos Performance Auto Spa!

They did a great job! The guys were very professional and the shop was extremely clean.

I received an estimation of the time required to accomplish the work, and it was done ahead of time. Kevin Ryan took me through the various window tint films and the characteristics of each. There's not much more to tell about the work. I plan to return to Performance Auto Spa for some other work, and have complete confidence that it will be professionally done.

When I called Performance Auto Spa to get an estimate they were very helpful and polite on the phone. After I got an estimate from them I checked around Columbus and found most window tint was roughly the same cost at most of the different companies. I decided to go with Performance Auto Spa because the shop looked nice and clean on their website and they were very helpful on the phone. I was able to get an appointment within a week which seemed to be faster than their competitors. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. They did an excellent job on the tint and even washed the car, put a rain repellant on the windshield and gave me a free bottle of cleaner safe for the window tint. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

This was the second car that we took to Performance Auto Spa for window tinting because they did such a wonderful job on the first one. They were very professional and easy to work with, and they got the tinting done in a very timely manner. The shop is EXTREMELY neat and clean; everyone is helpful and friendly; and the price is comparable or a little less than the competition. Additionally, we asked if they could repair some torn leather in one car, and they found a professional who was able to do the job expertly, in their shop, for a reasonable amount of money. I would advise everyone to check them out for their window tinting and car detailing needs.
