We worked with Sarah for the planning and design. I came in with an idea for what style I wanted and she and the crew at Miller did the rest. I priced cabinets at Lowe's and other places and Miller's prices were better for much higher quality cabinets and a high end look. They were all custom made so there was no fussing with trying to fit standard size boxes in odd spaces. They build the cabinets to the spaces. Sarah was great to work with and the installers did an awesome job. Couldn't be happier with both the rehab and our own kitchen

They were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable, very helpful in picking out the cabinet type and wood.

We went and picked the product on the showroom.  They are exceptional in every way.  There expensive.  The price ranges from what type you get.

It was a great experience. Their front office person is Sara and she is great to work with. She is fun, easy going, and accommodating.
I had a very interesting design because I wanted the bottom part of the bar to actual stick into the wall by 9 inches (long story - don't ask). When I went to Lowe's, the cabinet design guys head exploded. When I worked with Miller, they found a way to do it, and helped me keep my cost down, by letting me do the easy stuff.
I am stingy with my money and they were better than either of my other two quotes. Fantastic job Miller - (especially Sara and Walter!)

The ratings really should be broken down by internal groups. The person who worked with us on the overall design was very good. The construction (not finishing) was very good. The installers were very good. The person doing the first color/finish was very good. The assessment of the installers regarding the sub-par color/finish was very good. After that, the responses by the (now gone) management/owner and the work done by subsequent finishers was very poor. In the end, we felt like we were getting diminishing returns and settled for mediocre.

We had selected Miller Cabinet because we had used them when we originally built the house. The cabinets have lasted over 20 years and looked great. When we visited to start this project, some of the same people were still working there and seemed to have the same interest in detail and quality. I guess that was not true for everyone that worked there...

Sara at Miller Cabinets was wonderful, she helped us design our cabinets and kept us updated on all the details. They were terrific from start to finish. The installers were on time and very efficient. They even came back out adjusted a cabinet a little and switched some doors that we decided we wanted to open a different way.

We were very impressed with our salesman JD. He was thorough in his process of explaining how the cabinets are constructed at Miller Cabinet and very patient while we made our choices. There are many choices at Miller Cabinet and JD is the salesman you need to walk you through the process. JD was the first designer I spoke with who understood the change I wanted to make in the kitchen design regarding the placement of the new pantry. JD is soft spoken and not a pushy do it my way or no way type of designer. He wanted the kitchen to function for the way I used it and he was all about making me happy with the finished product, and I most definitely am. We were never hurried through any step of this process. JD even met us on a Saturday when the showroom is closed to discuss final stain and design details as it was the most convenient time for both my husband and myself. JD also responded quickly to phone calls and emails. Any changes we thought of to the design were immediately added to the drawings and forwarded by email to us. As Miller Cabinets does not do any kitchen demo prior to the installment of the kitchen cabinets, we hired Murray Construction Group, LLC to complete the demo of the old cabinets and to prepare the kitchen for the installment of the new cabinets. Following the installment of the cabinets by Miller Cabinet, Murray Construction returned and did a fabulous job completing the remodel of our kitchen.

I like everything they did. They are great to work with, responsive and professional. They worked with us with the designs as our needs, not their needs. Miller provided us with solutions that were specific to our needs and actually fitted to our space.

made a specific cabinet to replace my old bathroom vanity. dimensions were perfect. quality of cabinet was excellent . wood stain was perfect. the gentlemen who brought the cabinet helped me get the cabinet in the house and install it. very nice people to work with.

Miller did an excellent job with a couple of exceptions. The design process with JD was terrific, as I had very exacting ideas about what I wanted. Their answer was universally and quot;We can do thatand quot; or and quot;How about this instead, and here's why.and quot; The cabinets are beautiful, competitively priced and well made. Miller also worked on a very tight timeline with our General Contractor to allow the project to be completed on schedule. My only complaint was the final finishing details seemed to fall through the cracks. I am admittedly a very particular person and made this clear from the beginning. However, when it came to finish work some of the items that we discussed clearly just repeatedly didn't get done. These are just small finishing details and final door adjustments, but unfortunately these details are my final impression of Miller. In one case I finally just put duct tape over a couple of braces under my counter tops that had sharp edges on them, in order to protect my child.

I love them, I would highly recommended them.

Asked to have a small custom cutting job done. Told them I was on a short time frame. Salesman told me it would be all day to do job to fit it in (it was about a ten minute job) Told me that the shop closed at 4:00 Pm so it would not be ready until then. When I went back at 4:15 they had not done anything on my job. Salesman's excuse was that they were on a $100,000 job. I am sure they started that job after telling me that they could do my small job. I took my wood and left. If you can't trust someone to do the small jobs, how can you trust them for a big job.


My problem with them was not that the job wasn't as critical as the big one they had. It was that they told me they could do it and have it done by the end of the day and then didn't do anything. As to it being a complex request, I stopped at Carter Lumber on the way back into town. They took less than 10 minutes to set up and complete the task. If this was considered to be a complex task I would hate to see what some of their cabinetry looks like. Bottom line, if you can't do the work, don't take the job. They had even estimated a cost of $100 to do it and Carter's cost me $10.

The quality and workmanship was excellent. These are custom cabinets, and the cost was competitive with some certain standard ones on the market. The lazy susans did not meet our expectations, so he replaced all the lazy susans that had a different configuration for no extra charge.

Our experience was very satisfactory. We met with JD Grose on several occasions prior to beginning our project to talk and get ideas before committing to Miller. He went to great lengths to explain all our options and I felt he really listened to our desires to help craft exactly what we wanted. He even gave us a list of contractors they work with (of which we used one of their recommendations) to complete our kitchen remodel. Once we began the process we discovered we liked a stain that ended up being "custom" (we saw it on a piece of cabinetry in their workshop while looking around and liked the stain on that piece, but it turned out that had been specifically designed for a previous client). JD worked diligently to match the stain color and would call us to come out and verify the color they had created was indeed what we wanted. I was very grateful for this attention to detail and appreciated the extra effort they put forth to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone replacing cabinets.

I have high expectations for quality and customer service and I cannot give Miller Cabinet Company enough praise for excelling in both. We interviewed four different custom cabinet makers and chose Miller because of their responsiveness, the quality of the finishes in their showroom, and the joy it was to work with Sarah as a designer. It took multiple conversations to figure out the design we wanted and Sarah was incredibly patient and always demonstrated a true desire to help us find the best solution. We had a very specific space to fit and a lot of items on our storage wish list and Sarah came up with a vanity design that was perfect for our needs and our space. The build and installation were just as smooth and we are thrilled with the final product. Their attention to detail was impressive. Miller was not the lowest price quote we received but I am so glad we spent the extra money because there have been several snags in this remodel with uneven walls, awkward heating duct placement, etc., and Sarah was so flexible and responsive in helping us find solutions. We are wrapping up a 10 month renovation on two floors of our house and there have been a lot of issues and frustrations, so it was such a relief to work with a company that does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, for the price they say they will do it for, actually care that you are happy with their product and/or service, and are such a joy to work with on top of everything else! Needless to say, we will use Miller for all of our cabinetry needs going forward.

JD, a designer with Miller Cabinet, helped us design custom built cabinets that were installed in our remodeled kitchen. In the Miller Cabinet showroom, JD helped us select the right style, wood species, and finish. The actual design was finalized through an iterative process using JD’s CAD/CAM program where we were able to maximize the use of space in our kitchen. This was in contrast to other kitchen cabinet makers who either had minimal interaction or offered box cabinets that would not have maximized the use of space. The cabinets look great. We are getting many compliments.

It went very well. They worked and got things done on our timeline. They were responsive and very professional. The work is outstanding! The perfection of the way they scribed our bookcases into the niches around our stone fireplace is unbelievable! The bookcase looks like it's growing out of the rock. Michelle came up with a great design for our kitchen island and the workmanship was terrific. We couldn't be more pleased. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They got things done early. They showed up on time. They were very clean, layed drop cloths over carpets. They have been willing to come back and fix anything that might go wrong. They are very efficient on the computer. We submitted a design on the email and they send it right back to us. It is all custom Amish work with good solid wood, and I've found that it seems cheaper than even just buying stock from a hardware store.

They have incredible customer service. They have exceptional quality of the products. They are very timely and prompt. They pay very close attention to detail.

This was an excellent experience from beginning to end. JD did a great job with measuring and designing cabinets for a very unusually shaped space. Their price was very competitive. The workmanship of the cabinets is superb. They installed the cabinets perfectly. They will be my first choice with any cabinet work in the future.

They are extremely professional, talented, and precise. My only complaint is that they didn't always listen to my ideas and some of their work is SO precise that I have trouble running and accessing wires and making adjustments because everything fits so tightly.
