Our talented staff of professionals coordinate consulting, in-house design, and on-site production to achieve a level of excellence consistent with your image and expectations. Our fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen, extensive menu selection and knowledgeable staff provide the finest in off premise catering producing over 5,500 events per year and accommodating parties ranging from 15 to 5,000 guests. One call to Made From Scratch provides a full range of event services including access to over 100 of the city’s top venues, complete equipment rental and full off premise liquor license. Founded in 1983, Made From Scratch Catering has grown out of a struggling pizza shop to become one of Central Ohio’s top catering and event planning firms. Today, the company operates under the name of Made From Scratch and coordinates all phases of events with imagination and precision, eliminating the need for multiple contractors, and ensuring that all details meet our exacting standards of performance. Operating with a core team of 4 divisional managers in addition to 20 full time and 150 part employees, this core staff has grown under the leadership of Larry Clark, CEO and comprises of one of the strongest events team in the industry. The Dublin Campus comprises of Three buildings situated on over seven acres of land and provides event support with over five divisions and a sales staff of six full time event consultants. Made From Scratch divisions include: •State of the art, fully equipped kitchen •In house Bakery •Rental equipment division •Prop and décor and entertainment division •Beverage division with full on, and off premise liquor license •Staffing and concierge division This family of fine companies provides operational support for the 5,500 events Made From Scratch produces each year. The event was a business breakfast involving several hundred people. Made from Scratch's captain was professional, and their staff kept our buffet line looking good and tables cleared. Pre-planning was easy and fun with Carol. Food is above average, and we received raves from several people about how good it was. Their French toast is particularly good. Cleanup and tear down was quick.

Fair. The food was not as good as we expected based on the samples that we tried at the Open House. They acted as the liaison between us and the Columbus Parks Department and did not follow through on a couple of things that we thought were settled, such as the set up of the building and the fountain on-site not being turned off for our ceremony as we had agreed. We also did not have enough chairs for our guests during the ceremony. We were disappointed overall with their service and product.

They were top notch and very professional in everything they did. Carol Chevington: Top Professional to work with. Had great ideas and the plan she advised us with went as smooth as cake. On Time Helpful and Polite Went beyond in cleaning up afterwords. We used them for a wedding and were impressed then. The year was 1999. We will use them again.

I INITIALLY CONTACTED THIS COMPANY ABOUT CATERING A BAT MITZVAH RECEPTION IN MY HOME. I HAD A VERY LIMITED BUDGET, AND AFTER DISCUSSING VARIOUS MENU OPTIONS WITH JANET, SHE SUGGESTED I PURCHASE THE FOOD AND HAVE ONE OF THEIR STAFF ASSIST WITH COOKING AND CLEAN-UP. THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WORKED WELL WITH OUR BUDGET. THEIR STAFF PERSON RHONDA SHOWED UP A FEW MINUTES EARLY AND WITH VERY LITTLE DIRECTION FROM ME SHE WENT RIGHT TO WORK. SHE HELPED SET UP OUR BUFFET, AND COOKED BURGERS AND HOT DOGS ON MY GRILL. SHE LATER HELPED SERVE DESSERT, AND THEN CLEANED UP. RHONDA EVEN TOLD ME WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR ME TO TAKE A BREAK AND EAT WITH MY GUESTS. RHONDA WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND SAVED ME FROM HOURS OF PREPARATION AND CLEAN UP. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

FANTASTIC JOB. THE CAPTAIN(SERVER) WAS INCREDIBLE. MOST OF THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD. A COUPLE OF THE ITEMS I WOULDN'T ORDER AGAIN. OVERALL, IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE - I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.

YUMMY! OUR ACCOUNT MANAGER, KATHLEEN, DID A GREAT JOB TALKING A KNOW-NOTHING BRIDE THROUGH THE PLANNING. SINCE WE WERE HAVING OUR CEREMONY AND DINNER IN THE SAME PLACE, SHE HELPED COME UP WITH A GREAT PLAN THAT GOT US AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE FROM ''I DO'' TO THE FIRST DANCE. WE CHOSE THE BUFFET ITALIA OPTION, WITH SOME MODIFICATIONS, AND EVERYONE TOLD US THE FOOD WAS GREAT. WE HAVE ENOUGH OF THE OUTSTANDING CHICKEN PARMESAN LEFTOVERS TO LAST US THE WINTER! THE PLACE SETTINGS WERE BEAUTIFUL, AND THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE PETIT FOURS WITH MY PARENTS' ANTIQUE CAKE TOPPER WAS DARLING. THE STAFF WAS SPEEDY AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, MOVING CHAIRS BETWEEN THE CEREMONY AND DINNER (WITH OUR RECEIVING LINE CLUMSILY PLACED IN THEIR WAY FOR SOME OF THE TABLES; THEY WAITED PATIENTLY). A NEIGHBOR HAD REFERRED US TO MADE FROM SCRATCH, BUT WE HAD NO IDEA JUST HOW GOOD THE CATERING EXPERIENCE WOULD BE. JOSH WAS WONDERFUL. ARRIVED EARLY TO SET UP TABLES. AS HE LEFT, GAVE ME HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER 'JUST IN CASE' WE THOUGHT OF ANYTHING WE NEEDED BEFORE HE CAME BACK WITH THE HORS D'OEUVRES. HE CAME BACK PROMPTLY WITH THE FOOD, SOME COLD DISHES, SOME HOT. POINTED OUT THOSE PLATES WITH FISH, THOSE WITH WINE SO THAT WE WOULD KNOW IN CASE OF ALLERGIES, PEOPLE WHO DID NOT WANT ALCOHOL (EVEN THOUGH THE ALCOHOL 'COOKS OFF'. VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!! WE HAD AN HORS D''OEUVRE RECEPTION WITH HOT AND COLD HORS D''OEUVRES. THE CAKE LADY REFERRED TO US BY THE CATERER MADE A BEAUTIFUL AND TASTY CAKE (HER NAME WAS CAROL KREIG). THE SERVERS MISSED SERVING PART OF THE GUESTS THE CAKE AFTER IT WAS CUT & DIDN''T CUT ENOUGH PIECES FOR EVERYONE. INSTEAD THEY GAVE US TWO CAKES AS LEFTOVERS. THE CATERER CLEANED UP THE FACILITY AFTER OUR WEDDING AND PACKAGED ALL OF THE LEFTOVERS FOR US. THEY HELPED PLAN THE EVENT AND MADE IT LOOK EASY...NO WORRIES WITH ENOUGH FOOD FOR EVERYONE.
